  1. Bass Pro shows all colors of the chad shad in stock online.
  2. Sweet...they knocked-off the zpi star drag. Smart move...
  3. I'm thinking since braid has crappy abrasion resistance, it's more about having a little more diameter than 30lb braid offers.
  4. If you want a tiny frog reel, the coastal 80 would be a player (105yds/16lb mono).
  5. This really got me ?.
  6. Nice work. I watched your vid for a minute, but it felt a little weird watching you work out, lol. Nice gym though ?
  7. I noticed Boomhauer called hank a fishin' magician. I wonder if the owners of FMTC (fishin' magician tackle co.) named their company after watching King of the Hill.
  8. I purchased a Fishpond brand satchel a few years ago, and it is the nicest fishing bag I've ever owned. It is a little different than the one below, but similar. They are worth the coin... https://uglybugflyshop.crazyrainbow.net/fishpond-blue-river-chest-lumbar-pack-peat-moss.html?id=42225010&gclid=Cj0KCQjwjryjBhD0ARIsAMLvnF_9sM44vdRnJZ6eT-3U3hFWvVALgHnYqUxRGdAaee_E7eAJ6NbF4uEaAsOeEALw_wcB
  9. TW has some Fish Arrow 'heavy poop' baits on sale, which are identical to the Deps cover scat. With the extra 15% off, they come in at $7.63 a 6pk. Figured some of yall would add a bag or two to your TW order to see what all the fuss is about regarding these hot new baits. https://www.tacklewarehouse.com/Fish_Arrow_Heavy_Poop_Stick_Bait/descpage-FAHP.html
  10. I have a couple of the Booyah quad blade spinnerbaits. Not sure if they still make them, but they work.

This is great. Not gobbled up by a mega corporation like pure fishing....bought by a fisherman that wants to restore the brand. ?

Yep...and while I haven't used these new cranks yet, the Freedom Tackle spinners are good quality.

Nice! I'm jealous of the mod perks ?
  14. I say keep on collecting them. You've gotta buy to try, and getting them in the mail is exciting, too. These are cheap thrills, which are hard to come by these days. Monkey on...monkey on I say ??
  15. The Trilene must be below cost at that price. I literally have a decade of fishing line in my backstock now.
  16. Just got the Trilene 100% hook up. 5 spools of 15lb and 9 spools of 8lb for $52.50! The spools are $3.75 after you add them to your cart. Amazing deal...that's $308 worth @ the $21.99 retail price..
  17. The Texas rig and jig are more versatile and get used more often than the carolina rig, but one technique isn't 'better' than the rest. One of the advantages of using a c-rig is that a lot of guys are too lazy to rig one up, and you are presenting your bait diffetently by taking the time to do it.
  18. I'd get him a Tat 80. Japan Lure Shop has them for $123 plus shipping ($12-$15). I love mine. https://japanlureshop.com/daiwa-22-tatula-tw-80.html
  19. I fished club tournaments as a non-boater for many years with just two 843's and two 844's along with a medium spinning rod. If you don't have an 844...get one.
  20. I have an old Cabelas bag I really like. They don't make it anymore, but it is nearly identical to this Falcon bag. This Falcon bag holds 4 3700's or 6 3701's (thin 3700). This bag has the robust zippets you want. https://www.tacklewarehouse.com/Falcon_V6_Speedbag/descpage-FTOV6.html
  21. Black/brown/red. Falcon lake craw is similar and effective.
  22. I haven't tried them yet, but the Magnum Baits stick worms are becoming very popular. The magnum size was selling so well, they released 'regular' sizes (4, 5, & 6"). https://www.tacklewarehouse.com/Magnum_Baits_RegSticks_Soft_Stick_Worms/descpage-MBRSS.html
