For cold really clear water I have a couple Team Daiwa ones that are translucent. They do catch a lot of pickerral as well. Allen

Below the weight you can use a skirt collar over the end that attaches to the hook. Allen
  5. Looks like a flick shake worm. Allen
  6. When trying to imitate bluegill or a craw. Allen
  7. Jewelry wipes that you can get at Walmart. Allen
  8. Lost a $350 rod combo that I had only fished with for about 3 hours once. Allen
  9. FineCutTabs Archives - ShartopFishingTackle Try here. Allen
  10. I was going to say HJ for colder water and Xrap for warm. That said I never caught much with the Xrap. For warm water erratic I like the Team Daiwa Minnow. Allen
  11. Best way I have ever found is to get a reasonable size tackle bag. Load it like you are going to be a coangler and have to carry everything in one trip. So I will carry two 3700 size Plano boxes. Remove all the hard baits to start. Now for each bait type put in the one that has caught the most fish. Continue to do this until they are full. Now you will only be carrying confidence baits. This helped me spend more time fishing and less time trying different baits. Allen
  12. Are you sure those are fine cut? As for matching colors it's hard to tell unless you have one in your hand. Fishingskirts.com and Skirts Plus are the two biggest sellers in the US. Last count I had 305 different skirt tab colors. Check out Shartop as they make all their material in both regular and fine cut. Allen
  13. YouTube is your friend as there are 100's of videos on this. Allen
  14. Here is a picture of how I do it.
  15. Harbor Freight sells a 3 piece colored punch set for like $10. You want to use the green punch of the 3. Drill press with the punch tool in it will open it up. Now based on experience don't try to punch open Gamakatsu hooks as they break. VMC and Mustad will open and close without breaking. Allen
  16. Maybe someone on here knows of a good JDM site to find another? Allen
  17. CRANKBAIT BILLS WITH SPLIT RING 10 PACK, Lure Making | Jann's Netcraft You will have to cut and sand what's left of the bill off. Then cut a lip slot for one of the bills in the link above. That is how you can fix it but it will not run the same. Honestly you should just buy another one. Allen
  18. Ninja spin is what Gambler calls it. Allen
  19. Jig that's lasted for 12 years? It must not work well if you still have it. Allen
  20. They have melted every box I put them in so I keep them in the original bags. Allen
  21. Only time I use living rubber is cold water. They melt together way too easy to use in hot temperatures. Allen
  22. Experience is how I determine what to use. For example EWG hooks I use Gamakatsu 584 for Flukes because they are thinner for the 10lb line. Now flipping creature baits the thicker 744 works better with heavier line/rod. Allen
  23. Use a Heddon Tiny Torpedo. Allen
