  1. Caught a skunk in a trap meant for groundhog, it made itself a pine straw cacoon in the trap. Then sprayed me. Caught a sneaky raccoon that avoided capture for 2 weeks. And of course Alvin, Simon, or Theodore the singing chipmunk
  2. My wife has 08 fit, I have used that silly code 10 million times it feels like haha
  3. The more ya mow, the more ticks get on ya haha
  4. Don’t pay the entry if you see @Zcoker show up!!!
  5. this is the stretch I was referring to, but I also turn my head toward the outreached hand
  6. They only stay on the bed for a day or three (I think). The heavy rain may have moved them more so than the cold the cruisers should come back soon
  7. People seem to quit throwing the rig after the spring time, not sure but I’m guessing they have a reason. I’ve got a buddy down the street who grew up just above Wilson dam, hes got some cool stories. I tried fishing right below the dam once (upper pickwick), the wind kicked our tails but we got some white bass and panfish for dinner anyway. March 2017: Found some pics, my 18.5 ft boat was a little dicey, and that old trolling motor about flew every time we tried driving downstream because of the waves. We only had 25,000 cfs , I’m told 50,000 to 90,000 and up is when it’s better. We had to hide in a creek for a full day and didn’t get to try much, but my buddy did get a decent smallie on a tube the first time we tried the dam, should have probably stuck it out but those waves were intimidating. The river is absolutely HUGE by the time it gets into Alabama, it is a lot skinnier where I live and the wind doesn’t blow much.
  8. I like watching Dustin Connell set the hook with a swim jig on YouTube , he absolutely cracks it like a whip. It even makes a crazy snap sound
  9. I only have the one legend tournament so I can’t compare, but I like it!
  10. Gotcha. The lower end of TVA system is more like huge lakes that move as opposed to a river. Tailwaters sound like what you’re looking for, the lower end of pickwick and Kentucky lake might as well be the ocean
  11. That seems about like what I’ve got. I found a stretch on a sheet the doctor gave my coworker that feels like it stretches the butt cheek, it helps tremendously. Until I slip in mud and start more spasms and start it all over again
  12. Man, I been cutting grass like mad last two days. We’ve been getting plenty of rain as usual and it’s growing like crazy . I’ve got my house, a buddy’s rental, moms house and a lake house to cut. All my clothes and shoes are green I’ve got a $150 push mower from Home Depot and a $50 weed eater from wal mart but by god they cut like champs. Also mom has a brand new yard and they put that stupid straw matting net down. Pulling that up nearly killed me. I called my buddy that does this stuff for a living and asked him what to do about that netting, he said I try to never use it hahaha. I will say the grass grew really well where the builder put it (as you can see in the bottom pic left of the driveway) but he didn’t put it everywhere (thank god)
  13. I heard that! Cleaning panfish is for the birds, makes you want to just eat them whole like a blue heron. I don’t own an electric knife but I have used them, definitely helpful for speed on big fish. But then again I’ve seen guides in salt water from Alaska to FLA clean massive fish with a regular knife, looked like it should have required a chainsaw
  14. I’d go to Lake Erie with @Dwight Hottle!!! 5 lb smallies can be had any day on TN river but it’s about as random as anything. Ours are very skinny compared to the northern variety
  15. Good boy Tucker, we are here for ya A jay and family
  16. 24 walleye? I could have them cleaned and rinsed in nice little chunks in under 1.5 hours. Your arms will still be attached
  17. Well I don’t think you tried hard enough ? more likely the locals thought you were with the government. Moonshine is currency in the southeast
  18. “STOP rigging your Huddleston like butch brown” is now his next video title
  19. That’s it. Everything gets hung in TN river. I saw a pro using a ned rig below Wilson Dam in practice and he said “I don’t have enough jig heads to run this pattern” ? and I’m guessing most pros have hundreds of jig heads
  20. I’ve even yanked the hook hard enough to pull it out of human flesh
  21. I use them like this the most, it’s very sticky for a 5 inch stick worm, I would use something like a 3/16 oz shakey head with a bigger hook
  22. RIP Mr. Scott, helluva run
  23. Just one of those things
