Not many ponds around here, usually fishing a massive reservoir and I’ve pretty much fished them all. There’s a couple I don’t hit due to distance. Rivers are also fun , I’ve hit most of them before as well

Yeah me and two buddies brought 13 bluegill and a few yellow perch home for a fish fry last winter. Had to spend way too much time to clean a lot of fish and we were still hungry after we ate it all

I’ve never caught much down there, and haven’t been in several months. I usually fish the tailwaters below watts bar dam, 3 inch shad imitators christie won the elite even with chatterbait I think, lots of glide baits were also used

I don’t poop on them but it sure is hard to get full on them . I prefer a thicker fish

You’re preaching to the choir………….. 10 jig heads for $2 something and 20 worms for about $4. I get hung and lose them much more often than a fish throws it so elaztech doesn’t help me. I never heard of Charlie brewer growing up but after reading about him on bass resource, I think that’s how and why we all fish in my region. It works

I caught a lot of creek chub in corn in the creek behind my grandmas house growing up. We were shucking the corn they grew so I had unlimited free bait! When we caught a rare bluegill it was a bonus trophy. I’d say you did a good deed

My Michigan PB is probably about 2.5-3 lbs but I hooked a 4 ish smallie that escaped my kayak landing attempt. I was fishing a tiny grub for yellow perch when I got both of them haha

Awesome man. I’ve seen eagles do that before, absolutely crazy. We had a juvenile fly right over the boat on plane yesterday, it’s feathers looked ratty. Maybe getting ready for adult plumage?
