  1. Well, I doubt there will be any direct impact on his NFL status, but he probably will get hurt with potential outside sponsorship. Tiger Woods is still the most popular golfer on the PGA. Most Democrats idolize President Clinton and as long as Michael Vick still plays, no one will replace him at the bottom of the cesspool.
  2. Welcome aboard! I hope your plan is as successful as the Texas Share Lunker Program. Some people have speculated on why Florida has never officially produced a 20 lb bass. My theory is that too many tourists keep the "fish of a lifetime" or double digit. In order to grow 20+ lb bass you have to have a large population of 15+ and an occasional 19 I would think.

  4. This thread started out as a "Thank You" and the parties involved resolved the issue. Let's move on. Good night Irene. -Kent a.k.a. roadwarrior Global Moderator
  5. That's terrible. Glad you were able to get it fixed.
  6. Fish in the cattails. Two specific baits that can be fished weedless are the Rage Tail Toad and Menace.
  7. Come with us to Pickwick instead!
  8. Well, come on over and fish with us, but intel will not be a problem. I fish there a little and have a few friends that fish there a lot! We are also in touch with some of the tournament guys and several professional guides. We may not have the coordinates for everyone's honeyhole, but depth, cover, structure and lures that are hot we will have.
  9. Well, if it were me, I would ask Bobby Uhrig at MegaStrike and Big O for advice. Send them a PM with all the pertinent information and sketches of the lures. Request a time to talk on the phone and if that works out, send them a prototype. You need some professional help if you ever hope to advance your dream. I doubt that either of these guys will steal your idea and if you're lucky, maybe they will partner up with you.
  10. Great post and great service!
  11. If you are looking for a "down home" atmosphere with big city amenities, take a look at Nashville. Music City is the capital city of Tennessee and the home of Country Music. The economy is robust and you are close to some great rivers and lakes.
  12. I think you would REALLY like the Avid AVS68MXF. I also suggest playing with a 1000 series Stradic, you might like that size better with this rod.
  13. Just looking for comments on deep diving crankbaits.
  14. We are expecting up to half an inch of ice this afternoon. With falling overnight temperatures, the situation may be worse in the morning. Thank God for the NFL Playoffs, it's good to be stocked up this time of year!
  15. Generally, you need structure or cover to fish a worm or any other soft plastics on the bottom.
  16. Stay away from these, too! http://www.bassresource.com/bass-fishing-forums/topic/13845-guaranteed-to-catch-bass/
  17. For everyone attending the RoadTrip at Pickwick this spring, I have two one pound spools, #6 and #12, both are green. You are welcome to respool all of your reels at no charge.
  18. Trailer hook?
  19. Did you film the event?
  20. Spinning tackle: InvizX #8 Baitcasting: AbrazX #12 I also recommend KVD Line & Lure Conditioner
  21. The post is still up and I responded here on the thread. Both Glenn and Big O are active in the industry. For that matter, most of our sponsors could probably provide several contacts. Send a PM through our system or contact them through their business e-mail. You can call MegaStrike and probably get Bobby on the line.
  22. WOW! Those fish are incredible. Congrats to both you and the Mrs!
  23. Geez....What a game!
  24. Drift the biggest minnows you can buy on a split shot rig. This is Prime Time on the Tennessee River. I'll bet you can find a few brown fish, too!
