Oh the woes of a bass fisherman and his finances
This is exactly what my wife does also! When I question her about how many purses she needs, she asks how many rods and reels I need. That is usually the end of that conversation!?

Oh the woes of a bass fisherman and his finances
I never have a problem with my wife, she always just tells me as long as the bills are paid go for it! She is pushing me harder to get a new boat than I am right now! haha

Can I use ewg worm hooks for a wacky rig?
I am betting it was flipping over because there was just enough weight from the hook to flip it! Could be wrong though, wouldn't be the first time!?

Chris & Jimmy Houston Need Our Support
TnRiver46 thanks for posting that! I was just thinking last night that I hadn't heard anything. Long road to recovery but looks like she is well on her way! That is an amazing love that you see right there between two people for sure! Still sending prayers up!!!!

TW. Order vs Shipping dates
The $5 two day shipping cost isn't TW's fault, that is the shipping companies that are charging more since they are so swamped!

Really liking my new Cashion Icon rods, probably replace all my Dobyns with the Icons.

My weakness as a bass fisherman.
My weakness is asking my buddies that fish more than I do what they are catching them on and then forcing it even though I don't fish like either one of them for the most part, need to learn to stick with my strengths and not ask what they are catching them on! Also electronics! I am terrible reading it and can't tell the difference in the things I am seeing on the screen.

I have the Daiwa Fuego LT on all of my spinning rods, they are nice and light and haven't had a bit of issue with them!

Flipping with copolymer?
If I am fishing heavy vegetation then it will always be braid, cuts through the grass and stuff better. If around wood I am usually using fluoro. Just my personal preference!

Bass Acting Strange

Ohio AEP fishing
I have been out the last two Saturdays, the first time out I managed to catch 5 small ones on a squarebill crank in one pond. This past Saturday was not a good day for fishing, the weather was beautiful but the cold front shut off the bite completely. Had one hit on a wacky rig and missed it because I wasn't expecting it! haha. Gates are opened now so you can get to all the ponds now. Just wanted to give an update!

I went a little overboard today! Bought two Cashion ICON rods and Shimano SLX reel and some tackle! That one hurt when swiping the card! ?

MLF Bass Pro Tour Bans Berkley PowerBait MaxScent
This would not surprise me if they did put him in charge! He has some odd opinions, and then doesn't stand behind them when questioned enough!

The latest sale thread
The Shimano SLX for $99 is also a good choice! They are excellent reels for the money.

What are the best waders for under $200 for fishing creek smallies?
Wet wading with a pair of shorts and a pair of wading boots is what I do in the creeks that I fish here in Ohio. I do have a pair of neoprene waders that are Cabela's brand that I use when fishing from my float tube early and late in the season. They have lasted for a while now with no leaks and were under $100.

Just to let you know my local shop carries the brown color, they are out of stock at the moment but they have it listed on their website.
