Hard for me to think Purdy can come out of Philly with a win. Philly looked dominate at every position against the Giants. Will Burrow continue to dominate the Chiefs ? I believe so.

This one particular lake I occasionally fish is well populated with Pickerel. If I'm trying to avoid them then I must avoid Jerkbaits. What's crazy is every single toothy predator " pike, musky and pickerel" that I've caught have all been on a Jerkbait.

My wife works, I'm retired and live 1/2 mile from a state maintained road. I hear nothing until she gets home. As far as fishing is concerned, we have a secluded 7 acre farm pond that sees no fishing other than myself but the otters have worked the fish over...... still very peaceful though.

We could have added longevity to the thread by making mention of our setups. For the 3 1/2" Keitech fats which I mostly throw, I like a Harmony 3/0 weighted 1/8 oz hook and on many occasions do so on an underspin......on spinning tackle.

I'm around a $200 rod and don't conform to the longer is better. Shorter produces much better casting accuracy and will produce more fish, in most cases..... perhaps a fine line.

I fish Gin clear water and prefer a very slow cadence, 3/8 is my go to. Only time I use 1oz jigs is flipping.

We have family in Mobile Alabama and often visit Louisiana while we're down that way. I may stay put in Alabama ?
