Believe it or not there is no gate or anything like that, but the lake is heavily lined with houses and if they see boats on the water that they don't know they will call the cops on you.

Number one thing is word of mouth for a local shop. You need to treat your customers right and they will talk about you to their friends and so on and so forth. Do that little extra. Maybe when you do an inspection you do something a little extra like clean the windows off or something small that only takes a few minutes that customers will notice. Maybe replace the wiper blades for free with every inspection. A little incentive will go a long way. Make sure the place is as clean as possible, and have a comfortable place for customers to wait. Return calls on time, explain in layman terms to people that might not understand mechanic talk. Do the small things right and the customers will come. Make a good impression.

Do not use any of the bearshare, limewire, ares etc. unless you want to load your computer with multiple viruses and then come on the board and say why is my computer so slow and I have all these pop ups. on shallow lakes without a lot of depth at the shore line, I would back my boat in as far as possible and then unhook the trailer from my truck and push it in the rest of the way with help from a friend and pull the trailer back out by hand. Now the tricky part was getting the boat back out. this is where you need a little muscle. we would hand push the trailer into the water and let the boat float on, then we would hook a toe rope up to the hitch on the truck and to the trailer and slowly pull the trailer out of the water while one of us held the trailer up by hand, once the trialer was far enough out to hook it back up the truck, we would rehitch and pull out. This works best with 4x4 and a hard bottom lake.

There have been some pretty significant fish kills in the Deland/Astor area. I have personally seen a lot of bluegill dead/dying and have seen two 7lb bass and 4lb bass as well as smaller bass dead. The river I believe is still closed to boats south of Marker 38 I think and North of that is Idle speed. I hope this sorts it self out pretty soon.

Here in FL this is a go to topwater for Bass, and are very popular, just do a search on here for "topwater charlie". Here is how I always rig my devil's horse. First Take the front prop off completely, turn the rear prop around and put a larger treble hook on the back, this will sit the back of the bait a little deeper in the water. Don't ever move the bait by reeling on twitches or pops and make sure you don't tighten the back prop too much or it won't spin. This bait will flat out catch fish and big fish. I like the pencil shaped model more than the one with the fatter head. Just experiment with it. Also I this bait works best in stained or tannic water.

Bud Light is the only beer that my GF will drink becuase it has the least amount of beer taste. I don't drink beer with GHT, Mille Lite has way more flavor than Bud LiGHT. If I wanted to drink water I would get it from the tap.

This will not cause an average game to go longer. Instant replay will only affect a small percentage of the games in MLB. I think it is a good idea, it seems like a lot of HR's this year could have been debated.
