  1. I don't normally take pictures of fish, but I do so I can text them to my friends while they are at work.
  2. LOL It should be "chingaderas" but the use is flawless. I just visit the BPS so my kid see the fish thank ... as a payment I get a jackhammer or two paid by his college fund.
  3. A buddy and a cooler with nice beer
  4. Gera replied to TOXIC's topic in Fishing Tackle
Bait looks interesting, I just don't picture myself asking my buddy "hey, pass me a Yamatanuki please"
  5. What's my cover?? I tell my wife that I have some work left and have to back to the office on Saturday....
  6. LOL... Ok, this one I'll watch, let me search for it. ?
  7. When the money from whoever is their electronics sponsor dry..
  8. Are you telling me that there are ladies this forum???
  9. At the end its all about endorsements, it not like they will stop taking money from the companies that develop these things neither these companies will try to make them even better so they can get our money. We just need save our money until they develop one that will show the fish on HD and a AI algorithm that can tell us if its hungry or not. Professional are on the same boat, they wont complain until they are too old to keep up with tech. (Like sample A) that is the problem I guess, our craft will be obsolete as tech will replace it.
  10. For the common man hell yeah! its fine to use whatever to catch fish... however on tournament level doesn't feel right to me, it lowers the value of experience and knowledge and replace it with a video game screen with a dropshot for controller.. its like hunting with drones with thermal cameras. Such high dependence on electronics its just one more reason tournament fishing lost we a while back and now couldn't care less.. Now this dude's videos are another point for conversation..
  11. Yes!!! after 20 years of just using baitcasters I bought my first spinning setup 2 years ago.. love them now
  12. Just like this thread, the monkey never goes away....
  13. Question, are eyes really that important?? or are they just for us to keep the OCD away??
  14. Man, now I want one... Only problem its that it looks like candy for pike.
  15. True, but at a $109 bucks its the cheapest rod I have ever bought by far (Elite H 6'9") so it matches. Didn't know about this, thanks!
  16. Yes, I once meet guy who wanted to start fishing, I told him that its a money pit. saved his butt, wallet and marriage...
  17. I thought about that too, but it doesn't seem that there is an advantage in size or weight. All I really want is to lower my setup/pack-up time. I think I'll purchase a 100ah battery and make one of those nice batter cases that are easy to connect and remove for the yak. I guess I'll have to do some work to avoid working.
  18. Thank you all for your answers, I will purchase the 100ah battery just to be safe, like you all mention I would rather have the extra power in case its needed and be suffering at the of the day.
  19. thank you! I just place my order
  20. Hello everyone, I just purchased a Motorguide Xi3 GPS trolling motor for my kayak and I'm now on the process to purchase the battery for it. I was thinking about purchasing the Amped Outdoors 60Ah battery, I like the 60ah because of size and weight but I'm having second thoughts on going all the way to 100ah. I really don't know if I need it, I don't fish tournaments and I'm only out on weekends 6 to 8 hours. I do plan to full use the spot lock function and forget all about anchoring. I don't know if I'll have enough Juice at the end of the day with the 60ah or if I'll be just carrying more weight and pay way more for a battery that I'll will be an overkill. To all of you guys that have experience with trolling motor rigging and power consumption or have good experience with this particular motor please let me know your comments. thanks!
  21. nice follow up
