  2. Strike King Lil' Mr. Money 3/16 oz. Panther Martin Lil' Curly Weed Runner 5/16 oz. Got the Lil' Curly Weed Runner on the way. It's not beneath me to go to an inline spinner. Rooster Tails fit the bill. Good Fishing
  3. I own a Zebco Omega Pro Z03 spin cast reel that I have the handle on the left side of the reel and use my left hand to reel the line in. Can work it like a spinning reel keeping the rod down toward the water working a weightless Trick Worm and Senkos. Better hooksets for T Rig worms. I'm righthanded. I like it. Good Fishing.
  4. The sad loss of Walmart's 6” Renegade Tequila Sunrise twirl tail worm. The Lucky Strike worm did not replace it in my estimation. Caught a lot of bass T Rigged with it. Those were good days.
  5. 20 lb. Spider Wire Stealth Moss Green and mono 8 lb. Big Game and BPS Excel green.
  6. Although I don't use purple as much these days. This worm is iconic.
  7. I fish with BPS Tourney Special Spinning Rod 6'6" 2 pc. med. rated 1/8 - 1/2, 4-12 pound mono. line. Daiwa 2500 Crossfire LT 8 lb. test and braid ready. I'm in for less than a hundred dollars. One of my set ups. Good Fishing.

  13. o Caught a LMB a little shy of 2 pounds on a Rebel Crick Hopper in a small creek using BPS 6' 2 PC spinning rod with Shimano Sienna 1000 reel 4# test. Big fish for that little creek. Released it for another day. A Bull Bluegill is also a good time.
  14. ^^^^ Yesterday bought Amazon: Zebco Omega Pro Spincast Size 30 Reel 40 dollars. Down from 90 dollars. On Sale.

Walmart's Ozark Trail lures ain't all bad. The two dollars frog is a good one.

Yes ... can, on occasion, find some good lures in the dollar box and discontinued box.
  18. When I bank fish, I can be rough on my rods and reels. Shimano and Daiwa make two inexpensive very good tough spinning reels. Shimano the Sienna 2500. Daiwa the Crossfire LT 2500. Both ready for battle. Both a great value.
  19. No Sir. Live on the Gulf Coast. They are in use here. I'm not necessarily against technology but believe FFS pushes the envelope a little too far. That's all. Old School
  20. Private waters, for some, with dues are the way to go. FFS is not fishing. It's harvesting.
  21. I have Winn grips on my golf clubs and like 'em on my fishing rods too.
  22. Tiny Torpedo - clear, Zara Puppy - silver, 1/8 oz. buzz bait-white, Devil's Horse -chrome orange belly and 1/4 oz. Chug Bug - Bull Frog.
  23. Your Doc gave you good advice. Daily exercise like walking is very good. Watch your Carbs and Sugar intake. Try to keep your Carbs and Sugar intake relatively low. No more than 150 carbs a day -- maybe less. Yep count 'em. Daily battle.
