Flambeau dividers usually fit snug. This............plus the Flambeau boxes come with the "Z-rust" dividers. I switched to these boxes for anything with hooks a few years ago from Plano, and rusty hook issues were a thing of the past. I still use Plano boxes, but only for soft plastics, and only because Plano makes a couple 3700 sized boxes where the compartments/dividers line up perfectly with what I am trying to store in them.

Super User WIGuide Posted April 6, 2016 Super User Share Posted April 6, 2016 I use the Plano 3701 for all my hooks. I buy Flambeau Zera Rust tabs (same thing their blue divider are made from) and spread them throughout the box. I'm also going to add some silica packets this year as well just for assurance. Mark Woodward
I use the Plano edge series size 3700, but I don’t actually use the small hook storage containers that comes with the box. I buy small ziplock bags and place about 10 to 20 hooks per bag depending on the size of the hooks and label each bag. I also buy a bunch of those really small moisture reduction baggies and place several of them in each one of the Plano boxes. I guess it also depends on how many hooks you’re planning on storing. And I have to admit that Many might say that I overdo things a bit much when it comes to fishing. All I can say that I love having everything I want when I’m out there and can offer almost any fishing supplies that someone else might want. PondProwler9000
Glue flat bar magnets to the bottom of your compartments. Fixes a lot of issues.

GetFishorDieTryin
I always keep brand new hooks in original packaging, unless its crazy oversized like VMCs.
thinkingredneck
I use a bead storage box with silica packs. I have a pool noodle on my kayak to hook used stuff on. I put the hook box open on top of the refrigerator to dry out when I get home. However, I am not totally happy with my organization.

Peacedivision
I like to keep everything in original packs, grouped on binder rings. I just snap off whatever I need for the day and toss them in a flex box.
Super User MN Fisher Posted May 9 Super User Share Posted May 9 Same as how I store my finesse stuff - Small slide top boxes - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09D915V2Y?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details Large slide top boxes for things like 5/0-8/0 hooks and such that won't fit in the smaller boxes https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08L91K1QB?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details Plano 3620 - and I can carry everything Shot with my 1/16oz tungsten weights and my 3/0 worm hooks open to show. The two compartments with weights are my 3/4oz and my 1-1/2oz flipping weights...they're too thick to fit in either box. The boxes are not air/water tights - so, some silica gel packs in the one spare compartment and no rusting will occur.
