Seems it may be random or something. I ordered a Certate last Friday when the spring sale dropped, got a notification this morning it shipped and no signature required.

My last Digitaka order did not require a signature. I just double checked my FedEx account to confirm. I have another reel incoming from the sale but haven’t received shipment confirmation yet. If it’s different, I’ll report back.

Customs was backed up and took almost 2 weeks to release my package once it got stateside last time. I expect a similar timeframe this round.

I agree, the very last thing I need is more plastics. That has not stopped me from continuing to purchase them. I don't think I'll be taking advantage of this particular sale, but that bait monkey can be very persistent.

I still have stock from a B3G3 sale + Rebate on Power Worms they did like....10 years ago lol.

Ollies got me again, their pricing leaves a lot to be desired since it must be based on how much of something they have. They have tattle traps the original Bill Lewis but have them priced ar 5.99, i know that its cheaper than retail but not by much, anyway done with my rant...

They had multiple boxes of soft plastics, Netbait paca craws all sizes and lots of googan plastics. I know many not a fan of googan and twnd to agree but some of the plastics are decent like the krackin craw in different sizes along with stick baits and drop shot etc...the NetBait and Googan plastics were all 1.99 per packet...so of course I had to *cough* get a few.

I swung by today, and they had a bunch of Lucky Craft stuff, I managed to get out of there with only a jerkbait and a crankbait

Yeah they had some massive LC jerkbaits, must ve for muskie they are large. I picked up couple weeks ago a LC sammy 115, kind of bigger than I wanted but wanted to try it out...

I ordered a Stradic April 8th and it didn't require a signature. I ordered two more with their sale and it says it required a signature, so I diverted it to a FedEx print and ship location so I could pickup without delay. I wonder if it's a total price

I ordered a Ryoga before the sale and still saved $250. But I did have to sign for it.

My last Digitaka order showed "Signature Required" from fedex. Of course they just throw it on the doorstep and marked that I signed for it. I don't mind in this case because porch pirates aren't an issue in my area but ya gotta love fedex.

Also fedex customs had me verify the value for that order, it was a Metanium and I told them the purchase price and it got sent through to me 🤷‍♂️

I wish that would have happened to me…FedEx came three times. Once no one was there and the other two they didn’t even ring the doorbell (we have a camera), and so I had to go to FedEx hub/sketchville to get the reel. Took me an hour and talking with 3 ppl there to get it. All bc a sig was required.

I’ve digitally signed ahead of time for packages with FedEx. They just drop them off. You may look into that. Probably have to have a FedEx account setup to access it, and it may depend on how it was sent. But I’ve definitely done it.

Glad the site is back up I was starting to have withdrawals from not getting sale alerts...feel so much better now. :)

I have ordered three times from Digitaka - no signature required the first two times - but this most recent order (2 Shimano reels) a signature was required - the FedEX guy called me and let me know a signature was required - I was at work so he said if I could drive to his last stop of the day (a FedEX drop box a town over from me) I could get it then - so it worked out - he said that over the years he has dropped 100's of packages at the house and none ever needed a signature, so he figured it was important

We missed him on Monday, so they put a door tag on the door.

I signed the bottom and stuck it back on the door.

He came Tuesday, ripped the signature release off and STILL didn’t leave the package. The package was in his hands as I could see it in the reflection. At this point I was beyond confused and frustrated.

Ended up taking Wednesday off just to make sure I got it.

Good grief.

Update. Just got my reel in from the sale. 5 days total in transit. Did not require a signature.
