Nope. It was marked $49, so when it rang up $9, I d**n near passed out. I've been looking for a dedicated frog rod, but I assume it would toss 2 ounce swimbaits too if I decided to use it for that.

Dicks is also running a Havoc deal, 5 packs for $10.  No rebate, but that's a pretty good deal overall.  I just got $20 in  scorecard rewards cash too.

I just bought one of these today.  It is valid on both the baitcasting and spinning reels/rods.  I got a lefty BC in 7.3:1 and a free M/H fast rod but unfortunately they were sold out of the spinning reels or I would have bought one of those also.  In addition, most of the DSG Lew's rods are half off.  I bought a Carbon Fire spinning rod for $40.  Plus today only is $20 Dick's cash back for every $100 you spend.  So, subtracting the Dick's cash, I got a Gen 4 Revo SX, a Vendetta, and a Carbon Fire spinning rod for $127 total.

Man - I'd like another of the carbon fire 6-10"'s, but not seeing the $40 price online, that's what I bought my last one at, and a 7'3". Waiting for that price again.  I Placed an $85 order of Powerbait worms, Havoc and Yum plastics this morning, but since they were all on a special deal, none of them applied to the $10 off every $50 deal. 

American Legacy has some good sales going on for Fathers Day!

American Legacy consistently has amazing prices. Don't know how they do it lol. 

I thought that tw usually had 10% off gift cards on fathers day. I had planned on getting one. But never saw where they were on sale this year. 

 

Instead i went into my local Academy. They had $2 off War Eagle spinner baits. Over $2 off plano boxes. And $2 off some strike king lures. I bought a bunch of War Eagle spinner baits, a plano spinner bait box, and a SK 2 tap. 

I bought 3 daiwa aird x and 3 daiwa bg 3000 for $200 this week. Using coupons and my son in laws employee discount lol.

I love the reels, i dont know about the rods yet. The medium heavy feels weak, no power. Im kind of dissapointed in the aird x... ill stop before i go on a rant

Yeah, I normally would have waited but I've got a big tournament this weekend that I'll want the reel for, cuz it's replacing one that's worn out and unusable.  Still landed a big deal, payed $145 ish for it using a 20% off code. Was hoping ebay would have one on father's day, but no dice for me.

I saw this and I was mad.   I had just ordered a Tatula CT to try out.   I just checked, and I wouldn't have saved any money.  I grabbed it for $84 before the sale.   About the same price with the 15% off.   They raised the prices before the sale.   Whew

There’s a rod I’m interested that’s on the American Legacy Fishing site (they also advertise it on eBay).  I tried “PLAYFUL15" but said it was invalid.  Any other current discounts on either ALF or eBay today?
