Normally - they'd ship the rest of the order, then ship any backordered items when all of them were in stock. Ya - they don't send backorders out as they come in - they wait till everything is in.

The new stay at home orders in CA having a huge impact on shipping. It isn't TW, it's UPS. There's still BF orders stuck in Van Nuys at UPS. You'll get your stuff from them, but it will take a lot longer now.

TW 25 days of Christmas...How does this thing work?  I was assuming the items listed were only on sale on the date listed.  But it's day 2 now and day 1 items are still listed at discount.  If I wait to the end of the 25 days are all the items on sale?  So may as well just wait until day 25 and order everything I want from all 25 days?

You got it - every day another item is added until Day 25 when everything is on sale.

 

Danger - some things will sell out quickly during their time...so you might be waiting weeks or months for the item that sold out before you got your order placed.

Thanks for the help.  Do they accept backorders on these sales?  I'm in MA, lakes are starting to freeze and even if they aren't, I'm starting to freeze when I go out... so waiting months for my order probably isn't a big deal.

A lot of the stuff says no backorders. I wouldn't wait until Day 25 if there's something you really want.

d**n, you guys are quick to respond.  Just signed up on YouTube to follow Bass Resource and just got an account here... already paying off.  I'm brand new to fishing, so not anything I really badly need (like new rod or anything) more like expanding my tackle box a bit and stocking up on a few things.  If they are out and don't accept backorder it won't be a big deal really.  More like I need to wait to make sure I spend the $50 for my free shipping and free sticker ?

Welcome! Yeah, I have enough lures and baits but most of what I buy is terminal tackle and line. When you find a hook that seems like it is made for your favorite bait, it's magical.

Making a leap here that you are looking at the Jerkbait page. That is the day that page goes live with sale prices. Day 24 has a similar message with a Dec 30th date.

True words from a heartfelt warning, I could feel the pain...  I still remember me laughing at people for spending more than $100 for a fishing reel NOT LONG AGO. Now I am regretting why I didn't buy 2 of Metanium when it's on sale.

Now I got 4-3700, 7-3701, and 11-3607 boxes divided up among 4 bags...and I'm in a bloody canoe.

Anybody have any package delays? My new Trolling motor from TW has been in UPS's possession for 2 weeks now and has been delayed for 5 days.... Rest of my order arrived spot on, actually Early!!

My Fury 704C sat in the USPS distribution center in Evansville, IN for a week before finally moving along...COVID is affecting everything.

Yea the rabbit hole is deep and slippery lol. I remember maybe 6 or 7 years ago I'd just go out with my 4'6" ultralight ugly stick, fishing a 5" stickworm wacky rigged on an EWG hook. I lost a lot of fish because of that combo lol, but have some great memories too. 

 

A few years ago I tricked out a milkcrate to hold like 7 3700 size tackle boxes AND two deep 3700 boxes. Then it has basically a "wing" that has 5 rod holders, a net holder, and then the kayak itself has 2 molded in rod holders. I can bring almost everything I own if I want. 

 

Mind you this is all in the back of a 50lb 10ft sit-in kayak ?
