Pure Fishing back on this year? 

I was wondering the same thing.

 

From the chatter last year, I definitely don't think the codes were meant for general public.  Given how quickly they were turned off once released into the wild confirmed it.

 

I bet Pure learned a lesson and it doesn't happen again....but the baitmonkey is crossing opposable thumbs it does.

 

A combination of Pure super codes and the Yen trading at 150 (love some Digitaka) would be an epic perfect storm.

I'll be lucky if I ever see the PURE work again... that I'm thinking was a once in a lifetime thing hahaha But I will always be watching, the bait monkey is quick to pounce on stuff like that! 

If someone could refresh my memory on the screwup I’d be grateful so I can watch for it this year 😃

Interested too.  I have some Cabela's gift cards, and BPS on sale is like other shops normal price, so it's the best time to use them.

I do not like TW's current sales offering for jig, jig heads, and terminal tackle as our most commonly used of these are not included

Good news: Omnia’s site-wide 20% off sale has started for members. This is a presale for members only, but the sale opens to the general public soon. 
 

Bad news: the code doesn’t work for clearance items. 

My email says 15% off.  Maybe I don't buy enough to qualify for 20%.

I think I buy enough and mine says 15%. (with the 10% back for being premium member).

 

So, you can always get 15% off at Omnia with codes from certain Youtubers. But recently Omnia restricted Shimano/Daiwa rods/reels while using that code. But with this current sale it works on Shimano and Daiwa. 

I got the 20% off for premium members email and already bought an Expride. I noticed that Megabass isn't included.

 

As NorthernBasser alluded to, for items that aren't Shimano/Daiwa (perhaps others?) premium members are better off using a 15% code and getting their 10% rewards on top. I'm going to be sad when Omnia inevitably waters down their premium membership benefits, but it's great while it lasts.

Dang, how do you guys rate with your 20% off? 😅 Sadly, the rod I want is out of stock, which is also an Expride. What did you buy?

The image is broken in the email I received (shortly after 8am CST) but the code is slightly different: PREMIUMEARLYBF. I think your code is the better one for the reason I mentioned. On a $289 rod you'd come up about $10 better with 15% off plus 10% rewards.

Are you a premium member too? And you don't get the 10% back? Weird we got two different deals if so. And that's the rod I wanted!!! 🤣 Good for you! Hopefully you live somewhere where you can put it to use asap, unlike me.

I’m certainly not a power-buyer… not sure why I got 20% and others got 15%. 
 

My 20% didn’t work today on the items I wanted (BB1 Pro)… anyone got a lead on one of those 15% codes I can try? 

@NorthernBasser it was 78 here today so I do plan on putting it to good use soon. I'm curious about the different codes as well. To add to the confusion, in the last 30 minutes or so I got a notification on the app with the 20% code. I am a premium member.

That gonna be your frogging rod? Or flipping/pitching? Jigs in heavy grass? 

Possibly all of the above. A Dobyns DX705 and a MB Levante Perfect Pitch are in that role now but I’m a big fan of the Expride so I had to give it a try.

Nope. They really got these items locked down I guess. With that said, I feel bad highjacking this thread with my attempts to get a further discount on these items. I appreciate all the attempts to help tho! 

What other sales are you guys finding/expecting this upcoming "Black Friday" season? 

That's wild. I wonder if they aren't working because a current sale is going on already? And you aren't hijacking anything. That's what this thread is for. 

 

You're looking for the BB1 Pro? Omnia already has it marked down $50 off. Or you looking to get it cheaper than that?

Which ones are you finding excluded? I was shocked to see even Megabass was included in their 20% off in those categories, so it would be interesting to see who they excluded.
