Just wanted to drop in and say hi to you all. I'm not as active 'round these parts anymore. Haven't bought anything in about 5 month. Haven't had the boat out in almost 5 months. Really sucks, but it'

Off to check if it works on Megabass and Shimano.  Have a feeling it will.

Did they send you an email with a code? I've been a premium member since March and never receive notification for premium member deals. Email notifications are on and nothing is in my junk folder. Maybe they just don't extend it to Californians. ?

I got the same offer as a premium member, and yes it was an email with a code.

Ark's website. Never fished these rods, but have heard good things about them especially for an "entry-level" rod.

I know there's some Ark guys on this board who may wanna take advantage of this deal. @T-Billy being one of them.

Thanks for the heads up, but those stainless guides won't cut it for me.

It's a shame they don't put at least some cheap Aluminum Oxide guides on em like  Lew's use on their lower end stuff. The blanks are probably pretty decent. All their rods above that series offer great value though IMO.

I love the Tharpe series. Definitely punches higher than it's price point.

Didn't want to make a new thread just for this but is the new tackle warehouse site a temporary site or something? I absolutely hate it; best thing TW had going for it was the way they laid out colors and sizes. I'd bet $1 that my average cart value drops... it was so easy to just toss in another size or color. Now it looks like BPS :(

I hope someone there is reading this and remembers it when they have the big internal meeting about why revenue fell off.

The worst part is clicking on the brands. SK for example had the baits broken up into many categories which was super helpful. Now it is just baits, and almost seems worse than BPS because they made the images so large that there is a lot of scrolling needed to see everything.

Same here, Gives me a headache just looking for something. I did send them an email telling them I hated the new web site and bring back the old one. If everybody sent one maybe the will change it back.

The desk top version of TW was always way better than the mobile version. I also am not liking the new site. Why mess with something that was already so good and everybody already knew how to navigate with their eyes closed?

And now when you click on a rod, let's say, you have to scroll way down to see the specs of the rod, etc. It wasn't that way before.

Looks so much worse now.

As with most new things, it takes some adjustment.
