I saw that too - in-store too if you have the coupon, and applies to sale prices too.  (Of course, they've probably marked most of the normal sale items back to normal, or near normal.)

Anyone here remember what time of year the DSG Lew's Carbon Fire reels were "Buy the reel get the rod free"?

My local Cabela's had the Rapala Clackin' Raps for $1.88.  I bit and picked up two, even though I never really bought into them before.  The monkey got me!

25% off Megabass Orochi XX rods at tackle supply depot, must put in cart to see discount. Considering MBs strict pricing rules for retailers, we don't see many sales on these rods. If you've been wanting one, then now is the time to pull the trigger

Academy has got some sales going on the shimano caius, casitas, caenan, daiwa's tatula ct and ct-type r, plus a couple of lews and some other reels to.  Most are add to cart for price.

Hi All,

I've been in the market for a couple of fish finders for the new boat (Lund fury XL sport ) I have on order. I've been cruising the internet daily for a good deal and finally came across one. Cabelas is having a sale on electronics right now, and today there is a 10% sale also. So I ordered a Garmin echoMAP chirp 73sv Sonar/ GPS combo with lake vu HD for $ 539.99, and the same unit with cv for $ 431.99. All told It was almost $ 400 of list. The sv will go in the console and the cv will go in the bow. Why Garmin?-I like the way it's laid out and the included maps. Why 7 inch?- My boat has a full windshield and a small casting deck so 7 inch is as big as I can go, and it was in my budget. All in all I'm happy.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Jim

I'd like to merge this into the "Latest Sale" thread.  More people will see it there.  There's a ton of followers on that thread.

Please do. Sorry I didn't think of that.

I was just in a West Marine last week and got to check the Echomap 73sv out and I was impressed. For the price sale or no sale and the mapping you get and the fact you can share waypoints between 2 units is hard to beat. The imaging isn't too bad either.

I picked up 2 Field and Stream Tec Spec Elite rods at Dick's for $19.99 each.

I guess this rod is discontinued and on clearance for 60% off the lowest ticketed price of $49.99 original price was $79.99

36 ton split grip rod with SiC micro guides, EVA handles and double locking fore grip. Nice electric blue color.

Only Dick's around the Capital region of NY that had them was the one at Crossgates Mall.

I got a couple, george.  Let's meet up sometime...you can have one.  I have little need for three WP's...I rarely used the one I had before.
