I’ve had a Steez A TW in my cart for a couple weeks. I was doing well resisting the monkey. But couldn’t fight him off when I saw this code. Patience paid off!

Wow - one day  only  Ebay 20% coupon PSPRING20 - 20% off virtually everything- one time use only in one total cart/transaction.  Not restricted to certain sellers.  Max discount of $100 vs. the standard $50.  I added random stuff from random sellers to the cart and it applied the discount to my cart total.

Tatula SV for $103???  Do I need it?

Tatula CT Type R for $82?  Sheesh.

Or 2 Fuego CT's for $112?

Thanks for this!

Dangit.. the eBay monkey got me. $52 shipped for a 600 yard spool of FC sniper 16lb? Oh Kay.

Dang, this was a good deal.

Orochi Swingfire for 150 USD (shipped) sold by the tackletrap.

Costa Sunglasses 100 USD instead of 200 (were marked down before).

And then some LV500.

Know how bad my monkey is? He's impatient. I started the eBay notification today, walked into one of my local tackle shops just a few minutes ago to feel the backbone on a Dobyns mag heavy.

Walked out with the rod at full retail, cause I can't say no.

Atleast my monkey doesn’t let me pay retail for anything LOL. I guess he’s got my back.

Can someone post a link for the Tatula SV for $103 with the coupon code. I searched the Alf eBay store with no luck.

The coupon applies to virtually all sellers. It’s not limited to ALF.

BNIB Aldebaran for $260. Thank you!

eBay deal got me —> Shimano Stradic ci4 for $159.  No tax or shipping for the 2016 model.

Going to match it up to a Dobyns DX703SF :-)

I always check in walmarts. 9/10 times there's not much, but every now and then I find a sale where I am just like "what are they thinking" and have to take advantage.

Academy.com has a few Ike Delay series rods on clearance for $49.98, Castaway Skeletons for $79.98, and 7'1 MH Fast Mojos for $79.98.

Just wanted to add a data point to this. Great find on the Mojo.

Ordered one. Tip was broken off. Academy "no longer carries this item" and wants to either return to store for a refund (nearest store is 90 miles) or ship it back (I would be required to pay the return shipping). Just a heads up for those of you not near a local Academy store. I've done plenty of business with them in the past but unfortunately, this will probably be my last experience.

Seems like they should pay for return shipping.  I'd get back on the phone, and keep asking for someone above the person saying no.

Agreed,  If they want a broken rod back they should pay for the shipping.  Or they could refund you and let you keep the broken rod.

Definitely would go up the ladder on that one.

Agreed they should foot the bill for shipping and duke it out with their shipper - I had 2 rods show up broken from Dick's on the same day.  I called Customer service and they were creating me a shipping label for the return process before I asked if I could just order 2 more rods at the Flash Sale price (which was no longer happening) and return the broken ones to my local store and handle the refund there in person.  The CS rep put me on a series of holds, and came back with approval to do that - she had to go to bat to get me the former sale pricing.

For the Record - the 6' 10" Lews Carbon Fire M/F is a great all rounder for pond hopping - loads nice with little poppers and lipless, smaller jerkbait etc. At $79 retail I'd probably buy another - but finding it on flash sale for $39 was awesome.  Should have bought 2.
