Ive shared that I'm a US Army vet, iraq 05-06 then 07-08. Just wanted to let everyone know if they ever need someone to vent to, cuss out, cry to, whatever. DM me and I'll gladly talk any time I can. Veteran suicide is not talked about enough. Good thing we all picked the best hobby for letting it all go and enjoying the water.

I did some grunt work 11B from 2006-2017. Few times over the big pond.

The Military bouncing me around a lot of places makes it fun for fishing!

Served honorably for 9 years before being medically retired as an E-6. Working in logistics in the Air Force. Deployed twice -- last duty station was Creech AFB, Nevada working with drones.

Started my short career in bootcamp as a recruit in MCRD San Diego

Ended it in bootcamp as a DI at Parris Island

I served in the US Army from 1980 to Oct of 1989 taking a 60 day terminal leave.  I was a SSGT when I left working in the 98H30 MOS.  After doing basic at Dix, I spent 3 years in Augsburg, followed by a 2 year stint as an AIT instructor at Ft. Devens.  After a 1 year tour at Camp Hovey in S. Korea, I finished my military career with 3 years at Ft. Meade, MD.  I enjoyed my Army days.  Sometimes I wish I'd done at least another 10 but that wasn't what the Lord had in store for me.

I clocked hundreds of miles in the LAV-25 over in the Middle East. Great reconnaissance vehicle.  Call Sign: Coyote 43
