I didnt catch a big fish this past year . An 8 inch blue Jelly Worm , I think nabbed the largest .

Not much , a bad year for big fish but a good year for limits of 15 inch keepers .

I had the same luck as you, the biggest bass I caught this past year came on a 4.5 inch roboworm on a dropshot.

Last year my biggest largemouth was 5 lbs and my largest smallmouth was 4.5 lbs.

Both were caught on a 6 inch trick worm on a shaky head.

Spent most of my last year chasing trophy catfish, but my largest bass came on a wacky rigged 5" green pumpkin senko.  Fish was about 4 pounds, which is decent for my lake here in central ohio.  They electro fished last year and largest that came out of the whole lake was 5.2 pounds.

A homemade football jig caught my biggest largemouth of last year, 6.65 pounds. Already caught 2 bigger than that this year :)

I didn't catch a smallmouth worth remembering last year unfortunately thanks to constant high water conditions.

8 pound 3 ounces on a purple wacky rigged Senko.

2.4kg (+- 5.2oz) on a black and red 3/4oz Colmic Gamera Jig with a zoom z craw trailer.

My biggest bass of 2017 luckily came in tournaments (both big wins).  A 6 pound largemouth on a Spro frog and two six pound smallies, one on a 3.5" green pumpkin coffee tube, the other on a 3.5" Biffle bug.

Dirty Jigs swim jig in Okeechobee 420 color, with a Rage Menace Grub in watermelon seed color on the back. Caught on the 4th of July.

Pad Crasher caught my 2 biggest bass last year, 5 lbs even and a 6lb 8oz, both largemouth. Caught within 20 minutes of each other and they were the only 2 bites I had that day

Culprit 9 inch fat max. Okechobee color. I was swimming it like a swimbait on a jig head.

Biggest Bass of 2017:

3 and a half pound LMB on a Yum Dinger

3 pound SMB on a Z-Man TRD

Black and Blue poppin pad crasher.  No idea on weight, but it was almost 29 inches.

5.5 Largemouth on a 3.5" tube and 4.8 Smallmouth on a Fat Ika both in green pumpkin.

I don't know how much she weighed, but it was a Smallie around 21" based on a rough measuring.

Caught on a 2.5" Cabin Creek Tube on a Cadman's Smallie Crawlin jig. Seems like my beat fish ALWAYS come on that presentation.
