Not a long list, but I would have liked to have added walleye.

Largemouth Bass

Striped Bass

Hybrid Bass

Spotted Bass

Shoal Bass

White Bass

White Crappie

Black Crappie

Warmouth

Bream various species

Flathead catfish

Channel catfish

Mudfish

Longnose gar

Chain Pickerel

Yellow Perch

Hickory Shad

Redhorse Sucker

The ones that matter...
Largemouth
Smallmouth
Spotted Bass

The ones that get your hopes up briefly, until you see them...
Walleye
Striped Bass
Hybrid Striped Bass
Snakehead
Blue Cat
Channel Cat
Flathead Cat
Nothern Pike
Chain Pickeral

Small guys...
Yellow Perch
White Perch
Crappie
Rock bass (redeye)
Various sunfish (not listing individually)

I think that's all of them so far.  Everything was caught while targeting bass, I don't really multi-species fish except for fly fishing...But I haven't done that this year.  If I do get out fly fishing this winter I'll likely add Rainbow, Brown, and Brook trout to the list.

In order of catching for this year

Rainbow trout

Creek chub

Brook trout

Pumpkinseed

Bluegill

Yellow perch

White sucker

Largemouth bass

Chain pickerel

Black crappie

Golden shiner

Bullhead

Should I include all the types of trees and bushes I’ve caught?

All these were caught while targeting bass 95 percent of the time and occasionally pickerel or walleye because I think they're delicious.

largemouth

smallmouth

lake trout

brown trout

tiger musky

northern

pickerel

drum

rock bass

perch

sunfish

walleye

bowfin

Notably missing from the list this year are a few fish that I normally get but didn't this year. At least I don't remember catching them:

catfish

gar

carp

bullhead

brook trout

I'm kind of jealous of all you guys who catch catfish.  I've never caught a catfish.  We do have them up here in northern NY but not widespread and I've never crossed paths with them.

Surprisingly It's only been  either Bass or Mud for me this year, but only fished Big O and Stick Marsh.

I'd trade all the slimy little channel cats you want to have some pike/muskie. Big catfish are fun, but most of them are under 5 pounds and they just trash gear and if they fin you good luck.

It's been pretty limited this year so far.

Largemouth

Warmouth

Bluegill

Green Sunfish

Black Crappie

Muskie
