I remember the light bulb going on after seeing KVD giving the world the chart/blk back 1.5 while the prodigy was almost going fish for fish with him within sight of each other with a Bandit 100.

"It's not the bait! Eureka!"

That being said, one of the H2Os is my favorite spring crank, but many will work.

This is like a who's who of highly marketed brand new baits ? 

I like crawfish imitators like Wiggle warts and Mudbugs  fished parallel to steep rocky sunny banks .

I mainly use DT-6 and DT-10's in shad patterns. The whole red thing just doesn't seem to work as well to me.

 

I also fish Rapala Brat's and Strike King 1.5 Squarebills. 

 

Looking forward to trying out my new Slim OG-6 baits I picked up a few weeks ago.

Exactly this. All the Curves, Sonicsides, Crush Flats, Rk Crawlers, Warts, and Little Johns and I can throw the better.

Going to try the OG Slim (mediocre reviews), and the 13 Fishing Gordito for this spring.
