I’m gonna be a daddy y’all! The wife and I found out last week! After all the stuff we have started doing to prepare for the baby, I found myself looking at all my fishing gear and I teared up as I realized “I can’t wait to take my child fishing for the first time”. It’s the number one thing that I can’t wait to do with my little one once he/she is old enough to get out there. It’s all I can think about next to enjoying the fact that being a father is gonna be the best experience of my life. 
 

My dad passed his love for fishing on to me and I’m ready to do the same.

    Thank you and I agree! My dad loves to fish more than anything and he can’t wait to get his grand baby out on the water with him and make some memories.

    He has already laid claim to babysitting all weekend long when spring hits after “that baby gets to walking good, we are gonna be on the creek bank running some lines and checking some hooks!”
