Craw tube.  Great option as a pitching bait.  They have a unique fall. Very underrated.

The original bomb shaped Bomber caught bass 60 years ago and still does today. My 1st 40 lb 5 bass limit were caught on the black/orange/black 300 size Bomber at lake Casitas in the 60’s.

I recall Dee Thomas favorite diving lure was a Bomber, big bass lure.

*Nice Torpedo display ! ... I always liked how easy it was to bend the propeller up or down to get a different sound , splash and speed out of the Torpedo . I also thought the iridescent satin shad finish color on the Torpedo was ahead of it's time and would change color depending on the light.

Mann's Little George Tail Spinner - basically a small shad shaped piece of lead , one treble hook and a small Colorado blade on the back . When shad are schooling it can be deadly .

Short story about my experience with the Tiny Torpedo. Twenty years ago I fished a State Federation tournament on West Lake Toho.  I wasn't going to fish it, but my buddy needed a non boater so he could fish.  I drew a hot dog young fisherman as a boater.  He had a very expensive Ranger boat.  When he opened his rod box, he had at least ten rod and reel combos costing every bit of $800 each.  I carried a couple of rods that must have looked ancient to him.  He didn't talk much, just tried to look like what he thought a bass pro should look like.   It was in the dead of winter and a nasty cold front had blown through.  He spent the entire morning flipping grass beds without a bite.  He front ended me so bad all I could do was fan cast out of the back of the boat.  I took out my spinning rod with 8 pound mono and tied on a chrome and black tiny torpedo.   When I started to catch fish, he made a couple of comments.  When I had my limit, he went through his tackle looking for the same bait.  He found a similar bait and caught a fish.  This old man won that day.  The Heddon Tiny Torpedo is one of the deadliest bass baits ever created.  You must throw this bait on light tackle for it to work it's best.

I caught over 50 bass on a Tiny Torpedo in flooded timber once. I was getting the occasional bite with the standard retrieve. I started a steady retrieve and they went crazy on it for a couple hours. I would get a bite, lose that fish and get another bite on the same cast.

I believe Creme bought the Wham Lit’l Fishy very popular in So Cal in the 80’s. The bait shown looks more like the Vivif Minnow however a flat tail. 

The Wham Minnow had a ribbon tail. Same name different lure.

How 'bout those purple and white worms strung on leader with three single hooks.  There is a highly pressured public park pond here which is hammered by everything people talk about today.  And there is one fisherman who just plops the the old purple worm out there and doesn't move it.  You should see the pics he has on his phone.  largemouths
