FYI, Tom, A-Jay hooks and land submarines and whales and then paints them to look like bass. He is a very good painter, so don't be fooled.

Welcome!  I live in Eustis about 45 minutes NW of Orlando.  The Harris Chain is in my back yard, but I do occasionally sneak up to Rodman and the St. John's River.  I have been fishing this area since the 70s.  Let me know if you have any questions.  Lots of good information on this forum.

I use to wade fish for smallmouth in the Kankakee River when I lived in Illinois ( left there in 2009),  miss those River smallies. Always wanted to make my way up to the hotspots in Michigan but never got around to it.

i live by world golf village and am stuck fishing ponds from bank or stand up paddle board right now. Any good pond recommendations around our area?
