Me.  maybe my shotguns.  i dont even remember last time i opened my gun safe.  and when i did, it was to get my passport.

but i use everthing else.  i think.  my neighbor bought a RV trailer and a big diesel truck.  neither moved for a year or two, then he sold them.  what a waste!!  my friend has a 21 foot bass boat in his moms garage with one trip on the clock.  been maybe 8 years.  in his defense he did buy an ocean boat and he uses every weekend.  he kayaks are hobies and are probably full of spiders.

you?  i sold my motorcycle because i was getting too lazy to put on all my protective gear to ride to work.  :D

I have guns I haven’t shot in awhile. I have probably $10,000 worth of musky gear I am not going to use much of anymore.

I didn’t use my snowblower this year!

Generally everything I buy get used though.

I am very much an overthink and over research person.  I don't buy on impulse.  I've always been pretty cheap also.  All that adds up to not really having any big ticket item purchases that didn't get used.  I haven't used my guns in a couple years now, but they generally had plenty of use before that.  I tend to switch hobbies at times between the latest flavor of the month.  I used to build rods and flyfish almost exclusively, so I have a bunch of rod building, fly tying, and fly fishing gear in the basement.  I used to bird hunt when we were in the UK, but on moving here there are no birds so I shifted to archery (and the guns and dogs have sat idle).  I don't sell off though because inevitably something will change and I'll have an opportunity to use what I just got rid of.

I’ve got some fluorocarbon line.

Haven’t used any of my guns in at least 25 years. My fly gear has been gathering dust for around 10, every once in a while I’ll take out the 7wt for a pond, but even that has been a couple years.

my fish finder is pretty much a virgin too.

Definitely Guns here.

I've got as much tied up in guns as I do my bass boat and use the boat a couple times per week " weather permitting ".

I have several firearms that haven't been shot in years, many years.

Nope.  Pretty much everything I have I use at least a few times a year.  If I don't, I sell it.

Yeah we are so safe we can't carry a knife that doesn't fold in our backpack, even when fishing or hunting.......

Yet it's legal to carry around a bow and arrow in public both concealed and non concealed.... because we are just that safe

hahaha..not the way you think.  shotguns are just easy, like selling a fishing rod.  i'm not talking about some gray market black rifle.

BUT.  finding a fair price, shipping is a non starter for me.  meeting at a public place etc.  PITA.  there is just an element of "pain" to it all.  i could put them on Craiglist but then...  no thanks.

can you find that first one for me?  never heard of it.

Question #4: Can I legally carry a dagger?

: When a knife doesn’t have a folding mechanism or ejector button, it is considered a fixed blade knife. Kitchen knives, ice picks, and other sharp objects are included in this category. Under California law, a “dagger” is a knife that can be readily used as a stabbing weapon. Daggers and other sheath knives must be carried openly and cannot be concealed in the state of California.

I bought a John Deere 4 wheel drive diesel tractor which I only use maybe once a year.  That must have been the day that I awoke to find myself mad at my money.

I don't think I own anything that would be considered high ticket.

I've got a Rolex I've had for 40 years - wear it maybe twice every three years...special occasions only

Last time I wore it was to the WT concert I went to last fall.

Me too.  I've got some guitars, amps and guns that are worth a buck or 2 but they were cheap when I bought them.

My Wife just had to have a cabin in the woods. We got one and it's great. Used it 3-4 times a week from spring to fall the year we purchased it. Used it 3 times the last 2 years. Brian.

Like many others I have guns that haven't been shot in a long time. I also have a generator and a snow blower. I will be happy if I never have use either one of them again.

If you ever decide to move them to a home where they'll get used... let me know haha.
