Jujita is eating sushi during the tournament.  That has to be against the rules.  No live bait in a tournament also means you can’t eat it.😆

 Missed the cut last season on tour with AOY points.   Top 40 earn a Classic berth, then the other dozen are made up from other qualifying events like Open wins, and Nation champion.

The top “scopers” aren’t doing that well outside of Cody Huff and they think he caught his ultra shallow.

Anyone know if Josh wiesner fished? Or did he have some kind of issue?

I was happy to see a guy from my home town made it in, this is definitely a walleye fishing area, wayyyy more popular than bass around here.

sad to see he was the only guy to zero.

I think Glenn said it was over an hour away from the launch.

Hamner leads day 1 w 22 pounds. Hank Cherry is in 7th with Jason Christie in, I think 35th.. 

One poor soul is in last place with zero fish.

I met Cherry at the 2019 classic, he was working the floor. He’s as big as a pro linebacker. I said why aren’t you fishing, didn’t realize he had missed the classic that year. Then I told him good luck in the next one and he won two in a row 😂. You’re welcome Hank
