My problem is that i need 3 more sets of arms. I could be throwing a spinnerbait above the weeds in 6 fow, a wacky senko to the dock, a deep jerk along the deep edge of the weeds, and a d/s a little further out..all at once. #somanybaitssolittletime

Captain Phil that fishcake must be the smaller one. Mine is almost twice that size. I have 1 lazy ike and 4 flatfish (never get used), but the Helin's baits in the larger sizes had those gang trebles on them. 4 treble hooks will catch alot of weeds. Unlike MN. fisher i cannot throw baits away, especially old ones. I have given away some newer baits though.

Where or where are you today,why did you leave me here all alone. I searched the lake over and thought i would find you, but you met another and pffft! you were gone. ( a couple times each year)

I'll never understand the angst people have against either organization. I am a fan of bass fishing, and have my favorite anglers, and do not care what league they fish. I watch them all. Been a b.a.s.s. member since 1974. My butt didn't hurt when MLF formed, actually was excited to see the top 80 or whatever guys left b.a.s.s. to start a new league. Instantly, b.a.s.s. became a secondary league in my eyes. We all make decisions in our life, some work out, some don't. Things and situations change, so we try something else. My opinion might be different if i was a pro, but i'm not, so .....

I dislike braid on baitcasters, so i only have it on 1 rig that i use for frog / pike fishing. 2 spin rigs get 12# braid - d/s and senko/fluke rod. Trilene xl on my other 9 set-ups. Hate floro and never tried co-poly.

Maybe 15 yrs. ago i was out with my wife when i couldn't start my outboard (it was fine earlier in the day) and, my t/m quit working. The ramp was only about 200 yards away, and of course the 10+ mph winds came exactly from the ramp direction. I would "toss" that 12# mushroom ahead of me, then pull the boat forward. Repeat. Like a couple hundred times. An hour and a half later i made it to the ramp. Funsies.

I will watch no matter how they do it.

Iowa is the tight end factory. How about them Lions! So fun to watch they are the first team to get a bump up to game of the week. It's weird to be relaxed and sitting down at the end of a game. Only nfc team that cocerns me are the san frans. Cowboys, Eagles, Seahags- not so much.

For my 50hp o/b, i just use a plastic garbage can. The only time i use it is in the spring, prepping for the new year. From then on- i only fire it up at a lake. For the record, this has been the first year in the last 5 that i have had zero issues with my o/b.

Nice comeback Glen. I have noticed a handfull of older pontoon boats repowering with Suzukis around these parts. (i could use a 70 if they need a little more exposure)
