  1. Christmas day1982 we had 62 degree weather. My ma took a picture of me hand - washing my Fiat X-1/9....fun car when it ran.
  2. LETS GO LIONS!
  3. That Catt is fast.
  4. 2 1/2" of a 3" reaper for water that cold.
  5. Ditto to all responses, can't add anything here. 🙂
  6. Might be aliens that fell out of their saucer (upper left).
  7. Wishing you a speedy and satisfactory solution . That sounds very unnerving. Good luck bro.
  8. Stupid - rigged tube, 1/16 oz. head. Spinning.
  9. Hammer handles are #1! haha

    Fallser, that jig looks awesome.
  12. Dan and Bobber Ann always had a display at the Detroit area fishing show since the 70's. About 6 yrs. ago i bought a half dozen hard baits he was selling that were made in Poland. He was selling them 3 for $20, i should have bought more. Beautiful baits made of wood with great paint and hardware, and worked great right out of the box. I would consider them more of a pike bait, but will catch some big lm. Dan passed a few years back (r.i.p.), but Ann is still "manning" the booth at the show. They have unique bobbers for you bobber fishers.

Started in a league when i was 6 (1963) and stayed in leagues until 1998. 35 and out i say. High ave. was 184. I don't miss it one bit. Did meet mrs. detroit there. 😊
  15. I don't have any of their hardbaits, but do have some of their tubes, worms, creatures, and last year they had boottails (speed shad?) in 4 lengths and good color selection buy 4 pks. and get 1 free.
  16. Just watched Kyle's video ALA. spot was talking about. Interesting. One thing that bothered me is his casting routine using spinning gear. Why does he do that? If you watch it, you will know what i am talking about. Sheeesh.
  17. I learned about the bait monkey. I always thought there was some kind of force that made me want to buy more baits, but never thought it was a monkey. I really don't like monkeys - they kinda weird me out. He hath no power on me. I learned that there are folks out there that are WAY more into fishing than i am. And the reel customization that is available. I learned that this is my favorite website. Fishing or not.
  18. TnBoy - that fish on the left looks like a human hand coming out the back 🤢
  19. They get orders over the phone from 500 to 4000#. I gotta watch more episodes..
  20. Next year sometime Hot Rod magazine will be changing to quarterlies.
  21. I have watched a few episodes of this show on the World Fishing Network and have some questions if anyone can answer. It involves different groups of guys dragging nets to catch carp, buffalo, and suckers as their job. They do this on lakes around western Wisconsin / Minnesota. My first question is who are buying these fish? Culvers? Mc Donalds? Burger King? haha. My real guess is fertilizer. Anyone know?
  22. Like Toxic said, nothing less than 19' on st. clair. Many times a 21 aint big enough. But i have had my 16' deep v tin out there. (very close to shore, mind you, and only 3 times.) If you fish inland lakes mostly, then i would go 18'. Visits to st. clair should be during the week and without wind if you could.
  23. Thanks Jig Man for the shrink wrap tip. i've been doing the wire wrap but using 2 ton epoxy over it (while coating my paint job}.
  24. I'd go ice fishing, but it would have to be as a special guest or contest winner on an In-Fisherman tv show.
