Road To The Superbowl 2026
The Cardinals have parted ways with their head coach Jonathan Gannon. That's not a shocker. They've had several consecutive bad seasons, losing 14 of their last 15 games. Something had to give.

Road To The Superbowl 2026
Cleveland Browns fired head coach Stefanski. (Giants and Titans already fired their head coaches a few months ago) 3 teams from the NFC West are in the playoffs again. One heckofa tough division. I think two of them will fight for the NFC Championship, and then go on to win the Superbowl. Go Hawks!

The Raiders fired Pete Carroll. That makes 5 coaches in 5 years. As long as they keep firing coaches every year, they will never be relevant.

Road To The Superbowl 2026
No sooner than I posted that, the Falcons fires their head coach. I suspect the Raiders will fire Pete Carroll, given their track record of one-and-done with coaches.

Road To The Superbowl 2026
Did anyone catch a glimpse of the Chiefs vs. Raiders game? Man! Nobody wanted to score. It was 8 field goals and a safety! Just sloppy ball. Raiders firmly affirmed why they have the #1 draft spot, but KC? What happened to them? On another note, let the silly season begin! Coaches getting fired, including offensive/defensive coaches; new ones getting hired; QB's and other players let go, and trades coming too. Who ya got? Let's hear your predictions!

Staying warm
Uncanny. I'm nearly identical to what A-Jay wears, except I wear the AFTCO Reaper hoodie instead of the Simms. And I'll add the Simm's ProGuide gloves when I'm running down the lake. Otherwise, it's the same. Those Columbia Titanium boots are the real deal, btw.

Spooling reels for spring
@Joedodge Given the options you provided: InvizX is your jack-of-all trades, all-purpose line. You can use it for just about anything except heavy cover and topwater, which brings me to.... PowerPro - braid shines in heavy vegetation and techniques like flipping/pitching. It does well around woody cover too, such as flooded bushes. Big Game - mono is best for topwater lures because it floats, plus it has some stretch, which is a good thing for lures with treble hooks (it helps keep fish pinned). The floating characteristic helps with lure presentations. For example, popping baits work better because the line isn't pulling the bait under water. So use InvizX on all of your outfits except dedicated topwater and flipping (jig/worm) setups. Hope that helps!

digital baitcasters ?
I have one DC reel, and....it's ok. I don't get the distance I can get on my other reels, mainly because I have most of the braking turned off on those. However it's great casting into a strong wind. As for digital reels, it ain't cool unless it comes with bluetooth....and pairs with FFS....and then casts exactly to the fish shown on FFS. ...wait ...on second thought....that's not so cool.
