I have a box of hand-poured soft plastics that I bought from him a few years ago. Western Plastics, Don Iovino, etc. that were made in the 80's and early 90's that are no longer in production. Great finesse baits and Slug-Go knockoffs. I'm a little choked up thinking about fishing them now. I guess it's just new and raw right now. But I'll still fish them in his honor, and thank him for every fish caught.

So I'd see 100+ likes by a new member immediately after they joined, or just meaningless "likes" all over the place. We've since eliminated "likes" and reactions counting towards....well...anything. 40 degrees and cold, wet, rain with more wind. It's just dark, gray, and wet, wet, wet...cold, soggy, muddy, wet. It's no wonder we're the moss state! Oh...then there's the time I forgot to lower the Power-Poles before pulling the boat out of the garage. I totaled the garage door.

Oh, I forgot I forgot a few more things: I forgot to take the motor toter off - I didn't know the prop could shoot it that high. I forgot to take ONE of the back straps off. What ensued was nothing more than comical as the boat drifted off the trailer, but was stuck at the same time. Let's just say I got wet.....in 55 degree water. Still went fishing though.
