It was -23 here this morning and that is actual not wind chill Luckily there was no wind or it would have been flat out dangerous ( as if it wasn't already ) And this is in the dead center of IL not in Michigan or Canada I'm headed to 69deg San Antonio TX mon morning, other than this week I couldn't have hit it better

Yep been going down the wrong path myself ( for way too long in my case ). Been getting borderline on some health issues. Problem is the medicines are terrible. One medicine kept gradualy decreasing my sleep to the point that 3 hrs was all I could sleep. The most recent medicine creates tons of pain in multiple places; I thought "man maybe just old age". Then I read the side effects from the latest med and sure enough, probably the cause. I said that's enough of this crap and it was off to the gym. The moral of the story is if they do put you on somthing watch for side effects.

a big x 2 on the warranty aspect One member was about to get burnt on that very recently. Shimano ( I think it was ) denied his warranty because he used "Hot sauce". He did the lube deal as right out of the box the reel had a noise. He tried to lube it to save the hassle of taking it back. In the process he voided the warranty.

If it has rained so much why aren't the lakes holding water? Is the ground so dry that tthe water is wicking away? or is the spring feeding it so low that the spring hasn't filled up yet? I would think 8.5 in's would have filled up every lake around????

Hey Wayne, I used to work in the battery repair industry for forklifts. That was a long make that long long time ago and I am by no means an expert on batteries. The battery might need more than water. I'm not sure of the ratio but it is a combination of acid and water. If you boiled out most you boiled out acid as well as water. I am going to be in San Antonio for a few days a couple of weeks from now. I will have probably one day to fish. I might just go from the bank or I might hire a guide and boat. I think you still have to be pretty careful with Shakespere products. I just today saw something first hand that says things could be changing there.

We traded Derossa? I looked up his stats and they weren't killer but I thought he brought a lot of hear to the team. It looks like the guy we signed to replace him did fairly well and it seems like he has an axe to grind with the Cardinals for them letting him go. Tha's always a big plus! We should have traded D Lee while he had marketability. When he came to bat w men on base my wifes and I's first words were " here goes a ground ball to 2nd base" and it always was. He killed us down the stretch and throughout the postseason.

It sure looks like it. They are only a 2 point loss from being undefeated. That loss was to an as yet still undefeated team - Clemson. The fact that we were still ranked behind Missouri after trouncing them means that the ranking folks need to get out more. I thought for sure that this year would be another down one then the Bruce Weber rumors would start to fly but it has been a pleasant surprise. It is surprising how fast something could turn around. I've read where we have excellent recruting classes coming including some prospects even 3 years down the road already.
