  1. Ah man, I hated reading that. My thoughts and prayers for your mom, Mark.
  2. Good info. I’m picking my boat up today, I’ll have to ask about this. Irony isn’t lost here. Thank you!
  3. Sorry @throttleplate, didn't meant to offend...post edited
  4. Looks good! Did they run the epoxy up the wall 4" or so? Makes it really easy to clean.
  5. That or something else that doesn't deserve high prices. But we're not being cynical here...
  6. I think when you have something like that, you don't worry about gas prices.
  7. Seems decent and reasonable from the pics. Have a compression test done on it, if you already haven't. Can't tell by the pics, but what's on it for electronics?
  8. What are you using for fuel treatment? I have a 2021 70 HP Yamaha and used Last season. Didn't really have issues, but was wondering if I should be using something else?
  9. We’re not gonna do the Brad Pitt thread again, are we?
  10. I'm assuming you have enough room between the hook point and plastics then? Sorry, man, just spit ballin here.
  11. A little trigonometry on the water never hurt anyone A-Jay. People just need to get a grip...oh, wait.
  12. LOL....I may be in Covid cloud, did I use the wrong term...Now you got me thinking.
  13. What are you using for a trailer? Sorry, I may have missed it, but is the trailer prohibiting you from hooking the fish properly?
  14. I still like the Rapala Skitter Walk and have really gotten away from poppers. Haven't bought any at all really. Still have a box of Rebel Pop'rs. One thing I do find very helpful is to let the lure hang from my rod tip about 15" and on the back cast you really want the lure load up the rod like you would on a back cast of a flyrod. When you cast, you'll see the lure vortex thru the air. Once you see that, you got the long cast licked.
  15. Gotta love New England. Today 62* .... Saturday & Sunday mid-90*'s!
  16. Nope, once my boat gets on the mooring, it's there for the summer. I just need to ride 3 miles out and 3 miles in. I'll drift jig with the engine shut down. My biggest expense is getting the boat to ME from MA and back again this year.
  17. I pick up the boat on Saturday and will send it up to my house in Maine. Maine is usually a couple weeks behind us, so I'm hoping to drop in the water before the pollen hits up there. What a mess the pollen made in the boat prior to launch.
  18. Don't hold back Blue, give it to me straight.
  19. Is absolutely killing me this year! How is it in your area?
  20. I bet the epoxy made a HUGE difference.
  21. Get well, man.
  22. I got back into it yesterday after being sidelined for a few days...it got done...it wasn't pretty, either. Still building energy up.
  23. Congrats @Spankey, must feel great! I got some river schollie stripers that I hear have been showing up? I'll leave the light on for ya.
