It's a saltwater model. At that length and being medium moderate I'd say crankbaits mostly. The reel looks like a cheap Abu though I may be wrong. I would save my money and start with a bps Carbonlite combo 68 to 7 ft mh.

Spray the ring with Teflon lube spray . It goes on wet and drys leaving a Teflon coating that lasts longer and casts further. I'd get the bb1 in my humble opinion.

What is with these Instagram videos showing Favorite reels with multicolored braid being casted right at the point of total backlash? I don't get it. I must be old or stupid or both. Also why are 99 percent of them Favorite reels and what's up with them all having multicolored braid ?

I've heard 7 up stops the bleeding. I've also pulled them behind my rowboat slowly and the bleeding stops. Have no idea why.
