The Steez SV started getting 'finesse-y', and the Steez A became the workhorse Steez. I would be surprised if the Zillion went with the 32mm spool, but I was surprised when they decided to lose the spool tension. So who knows...

Should be. I'm thinking it will be the '24 Tat 100 frame without the dimple on the thumb rest. That would be noticeably smaller, and hopefully get weight down in the low 6oz range. Will it have a zero adjuster or will they make that spot an oil port like the new steez? What say you?

Bought what I hope is a lifetime supply of fluke sticks from Academy. This seems to be the last Zoom bait they have with pre-pandemic price ($3.29...msrp is currently $5.99). Get on the Academy email list...they do 20% off a couple times a month and you get an extra 5% off when using your Academy cc. Got me 40 bags @ $2.46 a bag.

Yep...only the 'thin' versions for me as well. Even dd22's will fit in the 3701's.

I'd get it cleaned and the servicer can let you know if anything needs to be replaced.

I just bought the latest Zillion...I'm also late to the party. It palms pretty good imo...I give it a 7 5/10. A hair better than my Curado 150mgl, but not as good as the 70 curado. My best palming reels are my first gen 13 fishing Concept series reels.

How are those TRD's not warping your box? Is it because it's a flambeau? My plano 3701 started warping fast.

*These are Tru-Tungsten spinnerbaits. Was such a dominant brand for a couple/few years; I was surprised it didn't last.

Had to replace the skirts on these 20yr old spinnerbaits. They have a unique swinging hook, but weren't around long. Can you name it?

Received some JDM goodies. Reel & baits came from Backlash Tackle, a new to me shop thst has a website that doesn't update when they sell something, because this is less than half of what I ordered. Got a new email saying 11 items I ordered were out of stock. Oh well...the Bottom Up Breavor worms caught my eye. They are like a long skinny Larew 'Tattletail' worm. All the Chibeebles I ordered were OOS Rod & Reel

SLP Zillion decked out in all SLP parts (95mm handle, power round knobs, purple zero adjuster set, purple boost spool. Rod is Steez RC 7'1"MH ST. Rod came from JLS, reel from Backlash Tackle.
