I suspect that there are very few gastrointestinal specialists who hang out around here. Because I watched an actor playing doctor, I suggest you take Burley's advice. Take two shots of tequila and call me in the morning. ;D

Illinois may be conducting business as usual, but I think there could be light at the end of the tunnel for Louisiana. Jindal, the new Governor, appears to be a breath of fresh air amongst the ongoing stink. I no longer live in Louisiana, so I will have to leave it up to my fellow Cajuns for their input.

simplejoe, do what I did last year. If you live near a Bass Pro, Academy or other sports outlet, find out if your recipient lives near one also. Then send him a gift card. It may seem a little impersonal, but you can't go wrong with the gift. Unfortunately for me, this year I have drawn a recipient who does not live near any of the sports chain stores, and I categorically refuse to buy someone a gift card from WalMart. So, I will send a gift composed of something I would like to receive.

I enjoy drawing a cold beer from the tap. 8-)

Oklahoma just defeated Mizzou. In doing so, they scored 60 or more points in five consecutive games. The first team in history to do so. Oklahoma has now EARNED the right to play Florida for the National Championship. Sorry about that Texas. Maybe next year.

FROG, I disagree. I have done just fine with 6'8" and 7' MH rods with 50# braid. That said, I must confess I have never spent an entire day throwing nothing but a frog.
