Hindsight is 20/20…….. ? I was just a young pup back then

?. I was able to fish off the dock for about 11 minutes, caught a bluegill. That’ll have to hold me for a while

It doesn’t matter what technique is productive for me right now, I’ve got zero time to fish for the next…… forever. Such is life!

In college I bought a can of Beanie weenies to eat between classes, had like 10 minutes. No eating utensils in the truck, ended up using a crescent wrench. As you might imagine I got my lunch all over my clothes

I think it depends on where you are geographically The people that did well in the 2023 bassmaster classic on my home lake fished the same areas all 3 days, gussy barely casting and schmitt dragging a shakey head You can run and gun all day here and never catch much, I do it all the time after reading too much online john Cox (and gussy to an extent) even fished the exact same small areas they fished when the trail came here in 2021. If you know a good spot just saturate it , they will hit eventually.

They are finally filling Douglas Cherokee FontAna and Norris lakes which equates to WAY LESS water headed toward Chattanooga, all a part of the annual master plan nice report on the fishing, white bass are sure biting wide open

They hide from it in rocks here, or at least that’s what Gustafson was saying during the classic. He never saw them until the lure was descending and they came up off bottom for it
