  1. Very sad indeed. These stories always hit home with me. I lost 4 family members to a river accident some years back. It definitely gave us some relief and closure when they finally recovered all of the bodies. Be safe out there, people.
  2. I use 20# Trilene Big Game. Cheap and works great. I've used Advance in smaller diameter line and I like it. The Advance and Big Game 20# have the same diameter. Baitwrx has Advance for 50% off right now.
  3. I was eyeballing them last year when they were on sale. I like trying new stuff. Never bought one, but for $45 how can you go wrong? If you wanna get matchy matchy this reel would match up as well.
  4. Thanks! Some amazing deals. 50% off some good baits. Stocked up on Yum Scottsboro swimbaits. 3", 3.5" and 4". These are GREAT durable swimbaits, yet very soft. Got some X Zone Swammers, Largo Shads, Bronzeyes, Booty Shakers (LOVE these), Nichols Spinnerbaits, and some Suffix Advance. All 50% off.
  5. So this is replacing the LT? Doesn't seem like that's been out that long but maybe so.
  6. And that's why she's your ex-wife. ?
  7. Got mine today. Technically, it might be 600 pages! The inside of the back cover says 599. So I'm like "ok, they don't count the back of the magazine as a page, makes sense". Buuut, if you go to the beginning at look at the page numbers, it seems they counted the cover as page 1. So technically, it IS 600 pages exactly. Whew!
  8. The OCD in me can't help but wonder...why couldn't they squeeze in one more page to get to 600??
  9. Unforgiven Tombstone Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid Django Unchained Ok, I guess that's more than one.
  10. I started fishing the Speed Wake this last year late summer. Big fan of it. The fish really seemed to really smash it. Haven't caught anything too big but smallies and largemouth both ate it.
  11. When I saw this last night I thought new/smaller Curado DC. I know they just came out with a 200 size.
  12. 6th Sense makes an actually slow sink lipless. https://www.tacklewarehouse.com/6th_Sense_Quake_Slow_Sink_Lipless_Crankbait/descpage-SQSSL.html
  13. Hmm, I haven't experienced this. Are you keeping it in direct sunlight at all?
  14. Ohh I like that.
  15. If I had to choose one I'd probably go with Sun Gill. It's crazy how many different color options they offer. A very close second would be the TW exclusive black and blue green pumpkin. Just a great color.
  16. Am I losing my mind or did you already start a thread on this. I could've sworn I posted in it before. What techniques are you planning for this setup? Dobyns Sierra 734 (micro guides/split grip) is a great, versatile rod. Especially for moving baits.
  17. Ohhh, I'd like to see what those Lime-Purple Passion's look like. I have a handful of bags from the Havoc line but I know I don't have those.
  18. Which colors?
  19. Pics...check that...video or it didn't happen.
  20. Oh really? That's...interesting. That explains why both of the baits were like that.
  21. You weren't kidding about the stock hooks being junk. They even came bent in the package. I put some size 4 KVD's on the 2" like you said. I can definitely see them getting hung up from time to time. You don't have any issues with the added weight affecting the buoyancy/action? I also notice out of the box the rear hook is larger than the front. Also, can confirm the triple-grips are sharp. ?
  22. Those little ribs will displace more water, creating vibration and causing the bass to blast them! Your catch rate will go up 39%! - Any Zoom-sponsored YouTuber
