  1. I have a pair of Irish Setters. Most comfortable boots I’ve ever worn, just like wearing tennis shoes. Mine are insulated but I’m sure they make non insulated as well.
  2. Cabela’s has the Daiwa fuego on sale for 70 dollars right now. They are regularly 100
  3. The standard 1/2 ounce ratl-trap works for me. I’ve caught big bass on a crawdad colored one and chrome as well.
  4. I glued it to the Hull with 3m 5200
  5. Both at the same time. Kind of hard to use one without the other.
  6. The Mojo will be more sensitive as it has a better blank.
  7. I buy most of my lures local, I buy all rods and reels online because I get reels a lot cheaper online and nobody around here sells decent rods.
  8. Loomis won’t let you upgrade. I remember seeing it on the warranty form when I sent one back last year. It’s a lot cheaper to mail them the rod than to use the Expeditor service. That’s what I did and they shipped me a new rod out the same day they received it.
  9. I have learned that work sucks and I’d rather be fishing
  10. Bass Pro and Cabela’s sell water thermometers
  11. Tatula 7' M/R with Tatula 6.3 SV spooled with P-line 12 lb tactical fluorocarbon
  12. My dogwoods haven’t bloomed yet but they do have buds on them. It won’t be long.
  13. That makes sense. I don't see how a reel can get damaged by being handled in a store. You would think that they would send the faulty one back to Shimano and put a good one on display. I wonder how many other people handled that reel and didn't buy one because of the noise?
  14. I was thinking about ordering one. I handled the one in the display case at DSG and it was making a clicking noise while reeling. Do you think this was from people handling it and screwing with the settings or is it a common problem?
  15. Dicks sells Power Nightcrawlers. I saw them the other day
  16. Both. Lots of tackle and lots of combos.
  17. That’s crazy. I shipped one by UPS last year and it was around 40 insured.
  18. I have this rod with a Tatula SV on it. I’ve only used it a handful of times since I bought it. I use it mostly for 3/8 to 1/2 ounce spinnerbaits. I used it to throw a Ratl-trap one day last fall and caught a 5 and a 7 pounder that day and it did well. It should do well for T-rigs.
  19. Whippernock marina at Lake Chesdin also has boat rental. Like I said earlier, Chesdin has lots of Pickerel and I just about catch one or two every time I fish there.
  20. I caught a 10 lb channel cat in the middle of the day once on a T rig power worm.
