  1. Sorry, I have to pay closer attention. I don’t miss very many books sets. I’ve never tried them barbless.
  2. I’ve used circle hooks for a long time. I use them for weightless stick baits and worms 6” or Bigger, and for using baits Neko style. I use weighted circle hooks for wacky rigging. As Cbump said, there is almost no chance of gut hooking a fish. I use a reel set and almost all of the fish are hooked in the corner of the mouth
  3. If it’s legal in your state to use three hooks, put two drop shot baits above the jig. It’s fun fighting three bass at the same time
  4. The adhesive used to put badges on cars is very strong and could possibly work. Water doesn’t seem to bother it

Good job. These are similar to dart heads, popular in the 70’s
  6. Heat and light are the two things you want to avoid when storing line. I store my line in a styrofoam ice chest and put it in a cabinet in the garage. I haven’t had any problems with line that’s over 15 years old
  7. I’ve used the smaller Evergreen SB and it catches a lot of fish. The smaller pencil popper should be effective also
  8. 20 straight days over 112° in Arizona
  9. Maybe you can try a spring from a pen
  10. When it comes to pellets, there’s a pellet gorilla
  11. The negative reviews are probably the airgun guys. When you buy pellets fromnthem, there is no padding. Tins are just out in a box. When you get them, the tins are usually dented or the lids have come Off and pellets are everywhere
  12. I’ve had success on suspended bass with rip baits, soy baits and weightless senkos. YMMV
  13. I have no info other than they caught in fire
  14. My brother’s friend had the lithium batteries in his boat catch on fire. I don’t know if the batteries were charging or not. He lost the boat and his garage. For those of you using lithium batteries, make sure you have the proper fire extinguisher
  15. Fish the shade of docks in deeper water. Fish the rock piles in the Rattlesnake area
  16. FYI

    Is it clear?
  17. Your knot might not be the problem. When you “cross their eyes” are you setting the hook with slack line? Try to take up the slack in the line before you set the hook.
  18. You don’t need a BFS reel to cast 3/16 oz, as that is nowhere close to being a finesse weight. Use any of the reels you have
  19. Fishing Bamako dove, my brother and I heard a lot of commotion on the hill. About 10 minutes later a huge brown bear came through the trees. It walked to the edge of the water and stared at us. We left when it started swimming towards us
  20. 6# would be a better for the techniques you’re going to use. If your fishing open water, 4# would be even better. Don’t be afraid of the light line. Fish it with a matching rod and reel and learn to use the drag. Even smaller fish on light line are a blast YMMV

  22. 1/8oz underspin on light line
  23. I swap out almost all of my trebles for in-line hooks. Hook up and retention ratio is a lot better. Single hooks are easier to get out and fewer problems tangling with a net. A single hook has a bigger gap than a treble
  24. I go fishing to relax and take my mind off things. There are a lot of docks on one of the lakes I fish. If someone asks me to notnfish their dock, I just move on. No need to get upset or start an argument. YMMV
  25. Why take a chance this will occur later, possibly after the recall period. It’s a free fix now. My vehicle had an air bag recall. I had it done even though I had no problems. There’s a recall for a reason
