I use the 1/4 oz eagle claw ball heads with the 3” gulp minnow for deeper water.

A bag of 12 gulp minnows costed 7$ at Walmart today. I should have stocked up earlier.

Yessir. Buffalo lake is good walleye fishing too. I used to fish lake Palo Duro when it was up , but it has become a mud puddle after the drought.

Oh yes. I live 30 miles from the best walleye lake in Texas. I went there today and caught five eaters.

I’ve had Covid twice this year. Once in the fall and then again last week. I have leadbutt so bad, I’ve hardly been able to fish this winter. The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. I’m really looking forward to spring. Being inside all the time sucks.
