I was just wondering what every likes to use say 6 am for bass any one good lure or top water maybe...anything helps.

More often than not it's some sort of topwater bait in the late spring/summer.

it depends on the conditions if its overcast or the sun isn't on the water yet then I will throw a hubs chub or a booyah pad crasher if the sun has come up then I will go straight into what I planed on doing for the day.

I like the early mornings, if it's nice and calm, I throw a Roumba or some other wakebait or topwater, a sebile splasher works well for me. If it's choppy, I go straight to the swim jig with a rage trailer.

I've been catching fish the last couple of mornings on a black Jitterbug.  Fish it along the bank and around cover.  Seems like once the sun comes up the topwater bites slows down quite a bit though so make sure you go early.

I love early morning/nighttime Jitterbugs! Just like Colt 45, it works every time...

Buzzbaits, jitterbugs and zara spooks are my favorite when the topwater bite is on, otherwise it is just start fishing for the day because generally by 6am the sun is up over the horizon this time of year.

I like to start the morning throwing a Yellow Magic.

Calm = topwater, Wind = crankbait/spinnerbait/swimjig. As the sun starts hitting the water I usually go with a senko or fluke. After that it's time to flip or drop shot. If it stays cloudy and windy all morning I keep fishing reaction baits till they tell me they don't want them anymore. I will fish shallow, deep, and every where in-between till I find a zone that better fish are coming from, and even that changes through out the day.

My go to morning bait would have to be a spook or the walking rebel frog (cant remember the name) but if youre goin out at 6, you need to get up earlier   

Well see im fishing at my highschool cause there's a good pond there full of big fish and a corner of Lilly's and 6 is the earliest I can get on te school grounds if I could get there earyler I would

Spook, Rebel Jumpin minnow or pop-r. And X2 on the earlier. 5:30 to 6:00 is the best time right now. By 6:15-6:30 they are off the bank and back to their cool dark place.

 Like WW2 said after the topwater slows I go to a fluke or senko or unweighted plastic worm.

Buzzbaits. Jittets bugs.. double willow spinner baits. Stanley rabbit frogs..

Both on a 7+foot medium heavy rod with a 6:1 ratio baitcaster using 12-pound mono for both presentations.

 

May put the RICO on a spinning rig with 8 pound mono.

Is the frog best in the morning say 4:30  would there be any chance of bass in 2 to 4 foot of water in a water she'd  lakes  before day break

Love early morning top water. Most of the time it will be a Devils Horse or a Whopper Plopper, after that, a Bandit 100, and finally a worm.

This time of year its an hour or so with a Booyah pad crasher, then I assess what the conditions are and make a choice. If its cloudy with a breeze, Ill try a spinnerbait. If not, then I move on to a soft plastic. I have gotten a real good  senko bite in late spring mornings so I’ll usually start there...

Texas Rig & Jig-n-Craw on deepwater structure ?

 

While the topwater bite is happening early there's a deepwater bite happening at the same time. The deepwater bite is usually bigger bass.

Buzzbait if I can get away with it . Stanley Ribbet if the algae is thick . I'll work on those deep water bass later , early in the morning I'm giving a top water a shot .

I have noticed this too. The bite can be very short lived, but it’s a great way to put 20lbs in the boat. I love a buzz bait in the morning too, it feels like putting a screwdriver in an electrical outlet when you get that first blowup.

Topwater. Plopper, popper or spook.
