Certain brands don't show the discount until you're in the checkout stage...cart won't show it.

In my experience with this in the past, even in checkout it doesn't show the discount. Only when I get the confirmation email I'll see it. (Daiwa and Shimano)

It's shown up for me in the past when it takes me to PayPal if paying that way. That said, I just tried it out and it didn't show this time.

And it's only TW that does that...other places blatantly advertise the sale prices for Daiwa and Shimano...only TW 'hides' that they're discounted.

Apart from TW, what other vendors offer sales multiple times a year when you can grab just about anything on the site (Shimano, Loomis, Megabass, etc.) at a 15-20% discount? I still buy from TW (just did today, in fact) but I've taken to getting my "staples" elsewhere and mostly shopping big-ticket items at TW. Curious who else I need to be checking out. Feel free to PM me, of course.
