OP here : Good replies ... I see colors I believed would be listed are holding true to form - about as far as I have strayed from the basics would be a Yum Dinger in Bream or a Senko in Green Pumpkin Magic color.

Watermelon Neon & Black Blue tip ;)

Do you mean Watermelon Lemon Laminate or is there a color I’m not seeing?:

Junebug and Bamabug . I bought the local stores out of those colors . So I had to resort to other colors . Bama magic worked good but ran out of those too . Green Pumpkin not so well . Then I tried Melon Pie , a  Mountain Dew colored worm . I wore them out with that weird neon colored worm . I'm Texas rigging them and fishing them on deeper  structure  and shallow cover .

Watermelon Red...throw in the water & tell me it doesn't flash like Neon!

Yamma Senkos only.

925 is my 95% color.  It is all I buy.  if I use another color it is just old stock I am trying to get rid of.

I have a third color on deck, but I rarely go to it.  the black blue.  last winter my friend kicked my butt with black blue, the yum dinger.  I might need to reconsider this color, since my ego can't handle another winter of wuupass

smoke hologram – #1 fish catching Senko I use, 6" size

watermelon/red

black/blue

green pumpkin

Main 3 I throw:

Green Pumpkin Magic

Green Pumpkin

Cinnamon Black Purple Flake

5 years later GP still works best for me. Now my go-to clear water color is Natural Shad when there are baitfish present. This year I have to give honorable mention to one that has been working really well. Problem is the packages got wet, the stickers pealed so I don't have the color name? If you hold it up to the light it's a green in-between watermelon and GP and has small red flakes.

#956. But #906 is coming on strong. #297 is good, but I catch more on the other two by far.

I'm not going to look up those numbers LOL . Are they purple?

Me relationship with Senkos:

Step 1: Go to the store.

Step 2: Locate the Senkos.

Step 3: Buy whatever color is in stock that I think looks good.

Step 4: Fish the Senkos.

Step 5: Catch bass all the same.

Watermelon Red is the only color that I will go out of my way for and that I find to be best. Also worth noting that while I buy all sorts of different colors according to the label, greenish, brownish, blackish is what I tend to stick with. The exact variation doesn't matter, except for Watermelon Red of course.

lol. No. #956 is watermelon with copper flake/orange with red flake; and #904 (not #906) is black/blue laminate.

Is there some cool reason people are putting numbers instead of the color?

Of course, duh?

I can not bring myself to consistently use the same exact colors.  There are too many variants of black, green pumpkin, and watermelon.   Each time I buy a different variant.

It’s a lot easier to type (and remember) #956 vs watermelon with copper flake/orange with red flake! ?

Green pumpkin, green pumpkin goby, and green pumpkin magic are the only three colors I use.
