We would be sold out of bread, milk, and eggs with a blizzard like that.

  • We’ve got a bit on the ground! Whats the phone number for the national guard????

  • It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas (finally) A-Jay

Yea ~ Just got done.

Wasn't bad.

Sun even popped out about have way through, for a whole 10 minutes.

Then snow.

So it was like brushing my teeth while eating Oreo's

It’s been sunny here yesterday and today. It’s a change of pace actually seeing the sun but with everything in Michigan weather wise there’s that catch. Sunny and beautiful, but bitter cold. It looks nice from the window though.

wife wants me to tell ya all to grow a pair.

Went and tried to punch some of the snow that was accumulating in the creek behind my house since I don't have a bunch of punchable veggies around me:  Was out there for a solid 5 minutes.0?ui=2&ik=0a755ad729&attid=0.1&permmsgid=msg-f:1691099431764509451&th=1777fdf92e30430b&view=fimg&disp=thd&attbid=ANGjdJ9WqzjLFusyVKY3VdNncgFPSQrkY0eRrLf7q9eFahu7DQ3YwASKy-Cii72mRpWtv0w3JULEC07rmUoDWxcqI8OTs4V-jgYgtq4nzuH_AlOGf_ztehuEIcwtMjY&ats=2524608000000&sz=w1366-h665

Looks like we are in for a taste of winter starting Wednesday.

Rain, sleet and possibly snow. Highs in the low 30's, maybe high

teens for lows.   Next Monday the forecast calls for a low of 11*.

The system may last a week.

No, but would you ask all of your neighbors to open their windows

and keep that weather up there where it belongs?

Would you ask all of your neighbors to open their windows and fart North?  We need some heat here.

They are predicting a winter storm here Tuesday night in to Thursday with rain, snow, sleet, and freezing rain. Possible .5 of ice accumulation and expecting power outages. Look like I will be getting the generator out to power the house for a while. Then we get another winter storm next weekend.

I'll trade anyday.  Our snow is beat and if it is cold I want LOTS of snow.

Where is the pool?

here it was 10 below zero today at 2pm, windchill brought it down to -30 and my car battery failed me. Car was plugged in but battery of course was ice cold and sits outside and hasnt been started in 3 days.

Jumped battery with a portable booster and went to wallmart and bought an Everstart Maxx for $129.00.  Watch this battery comparison video for good info.

Winter finally got here this past weekend.  Lows in the teens the rest of the week, and single digits by this coming weekend.  The highs won't get past the freezing mark.  Only good thing is that we really haven't had a lot of snow.
