The only time I drink bottled water is when I'm fishing. I have a gallon jug of water plus some bottles in a cooler. Around the house I may not drink much water unless I'm mowing the yard.

For as long as I can remember, I demand high amounts of water to keep me hydrated. If I don’t get adequate water, I can feel worse very quickly. I’ve never had any kind of heat injury, but been somewhat close a couple of times. 
 

I feel best when I drink around 1 gallon for a day of moderate activity and close to 2 for high activity or long hours fishing in high heat.

Not alot else, maybe 8 ozs of water or Gatorade.

 

Never drank a lot even when working construction. If I drank what y'all do I would drown.

 

And yes my pee is clear ?

When I got out of the service, I was adrift as far as jobs go. I was a roofer's helper for a while until I got fired and rightly so. I wasn't getting much done apparently ripping shingles off with one hand while hanging on for dear life with the other. 

 

The killer was when I was on the roof on a hot day and looked down and saw a dog sitting in the shade of the next house and looking up at me. Who was the dumb animal?

 

It was then that I learned the value of an education so I got one.

I have a 24 oz. mug that I fill up at work probably 2 or 3 times a day.  When I get home until the time I go to bed I have 3 or 4 16 oz. stadium mugs of water.  In between, I will have a glass of milk, and maybe some tea.

I don’t keep track of it , but I drink a lot of water . I have trouble staying hydrated the older I get. Think it’s because Im heavier than I should be. Also drink 1-2 cups of coffee in the morning. Occasionally sweet tea or a gatorade,  And 1 dr pepper 0 almost every day.

Also eat a bowl of cereal with low fat  milk every day

when it's hot, probably 3-4 bottles of water and 3-4 gatorades
