  6. Geez..I guess I am the only guy to get skunked on this website.. I have no save the day that works EVERY time. I'll have to find a "lesser" website to hang out with.
  7. I wish Roadwarrior would quit showing his workout vids.
  8. Who is this guy "skimpy" of which you speak....
  9. They're commin' after ya bb86....
  10. Manual vests won't help if you had some kind of medical issue..(passing out, etc.)
  11. When it is calm and sunny all fish are on high - alert. They can see and be seen very easily. (think skittish) In these conditions I will not throw spinnerbaits, cranks, or any noisey, flashy baits. Usually soft plastics rigged one way or another. Wave action breaks up the sunlight, which (to me) means they are not as easily seen, and can be a little more active. Add clouds to wind, and I am throwing a spinnerbait (shallow), or crank. My favorite kind of fishing...finding a stretch of shoreline and / or weedline that the wind blows me across. Chuckin' and winding.
  12. Thanks 9nine, I remember those, never bought one though.
  13. That picture is funny because it is SOOO true. All that open water... I like the AJ linefuser idea. Come ON, Man- does every soft plastic have to cost $ .80?

  17. That 15# yellow looks bigger than 50# green to me.
  18. Ha Ha I use 15# hi vis yellow and that stuff looks like ROPE! I can't imagine what that yellow looks like in 30#+ weights....
  19. I don't mind ( for now ,anyways) not being able to fish. This was an off - year for me. Putting in the new floors on my boat many weekends this spring (many rained out) delayed my season by about 6 wks. That sucked. Had o/b issues that always crept into my mind while fishing, wondering if it would start or not. You have to keep in mind that you might have to t/m back to the ramp which in turn does not always allow you to fish a certain lake, or even the spots you want to fish on a lake you can fish. (!) I am not complaining, just not satisfied. I caught a couple of goods ones, and as always- had fun, but I am ready to start the 2020 season...

    Need an update Sam...
  22. Inline on a bladed jig would also be a use...
  23. This year I have tried them fishing wacky rigged and really liked the action and look. I expect next year to use these more than senko type baits wacky rigged. O ring placement and nail wts. can greatly change the action and color selections are great. It looks a lot more natural than a stickbait.
