  1. You can email your pics to yourself & when prompted select the size you want to use small, medium or large. Just keep the file size under 1.0 MB.
  2. I’m hoping for a successful surgery & quick recovery.
  3. Wait until someone does a study regarding FFS & live bait fishing to determine if it positively contributes to larger fish being caught than without it.
  4. Sounds like you have been overwhelmed with medical issues. Just be super careful & continue to heal up & enjoy the fishing.
  5. Hang in there the wait is worth it.
  6. I throw a lipless when I want to catch fish. I also throw a lipless because they catch big bass. I have caught two largemouth PB's on them both DD's. The late great Catt caught his PB on one as well. @Pat Brown caught a trophy on one. I'm sure others have scored some PB's on them as well.
  7. Great way to celebrate your birthday.
  8. I have a few........... I get agitated with people on BR that ask a question then proceed to argue with the answers they get. If you already know the answer don't ask the question. Hate left lane hogs. Move over & let traffic go by. Dislike people that are terribly indecisive. Make up your mind & go with it. Don't crowd me. When I'm fishing give me my space & don't cut closely behind me when I might have a line trailing behind me. That's enough for now.
  9. Your right about the weakest link. But you can do whatever you want. There is no written rules regarding tackle matchups just leasons learned from experience. I often use 10lb braid on spinning tackle with 12 or 15lb leaders because of abrasion from rocks. Thinner braid will allow your baits to work deeper because of less water resistance but much thinner than 10lb braid gets hard to manage & tie knots with because it is almost like thread. Lots of guys want their leader to break before the braid to facilitate removing snags & preserving the more expensive braid when a break off occurs.
  10. It's nice to see you getting out & having a good time fishing Brad.
  11. That first screen is definitely bait balls.
  12. They were from New York & had Ontario fishing licenses. I think you misread it. Totally legal.
  13. @Joedodge Try these exercises daily for your elbow pain. They have always worked for me especially the first two. https://myhealth.alberta.ca/Health/aftercareinformation/pages/conditions.aspx?hwid=ad1515
  14. Tommy Thibodeaux passed away this morning at 12:10 am. We will miss you Catt but will never forget you. https://www.facebook.com/tommy.thibodeaux.54
  15. Katie I just had my done a month apart with one in May & the 2nd one done in June. Clear vision at a distance & cheaters for up close @ 2.5 magnification. The laser surgery is painless & heals quickly. Very easy procedure. I only had to lay low for a week after then could resume normal activity. Drops went from 4 per day for a week then tapering off one drop less for each week. Easy peasy.
  16. How about I wonder how many they crush when stepping on them. I just can't believe how they leave no space to move around.
  17. Happy Birthday Tom.
  18. Jigging spoon or blade baits work really well when fished vertically. You can drift over an area dragging a tube or jig.
  19. Welcome to BR Steve.
  20. Nice first pike.
  21. @Swamp Girl yes Great Slave, Great Bear, Tree river, Talston river, Lake Munroe, Scott lake, Lac LaMarte, Georgian Bay and Lake Athabasca all in the pursuit of pike, lake trout & artic char. I was on a mission for sure. Great memories & a few trophies.
  22. They use them on the St Lawrence for bedding bass. Those in the know only use the black ones not the orange ones.
