  1. Two weeks to plan, no problem! But seriously, I'll probably fish the morning of 7/25 somewhere. It's been a while since I fished Big Slackwater....
  2. Pay it and move forward. If you had a cordial relationship with her in the past, try to move back toward that. Invite her over for some iced tea and have a cordial chat, ask her if the vehicles really bother her that much and ask her to text you beforehand and you'll resolve it.
  3. I'm game, how about sunrise on Saturday, 7/25?
  4. I think if I were a tournament fisherman, I'd be inclined to upgrade to the latest and greatest. I just got ML2, and while it's definitely opened up my eyes to what fish do, it doesn't determine how I fish on a regular basis. I'll wait for ML4 to upgrade!
  5. Got just over 3 years out of Duracell Platinum AGM's, but I ran them hard....under 30% frequently on an electric only lake. Made the switch to LiFePO4 after.
  6. I’m just here to say, I’m visiting the Tremont area, and I’m extremely jealous of all the lakes and ponds and how much public access you all have here.
  7. Did you try PP's website to search for a certified installer and call for quotes? https://power-pole.com/amlocator/index/dealers/ Then filter for "Installation Available"
  8. I went to France for our 20th anniversary and ended up really liking some older brandy, specifically from Armagnac. I picked up a few bottles and working through them a little at a time. The L’Encantada bottles are very bourbon forward.\ [img]
  9. I think there are two things I wouldn’t wish on my enemies, kidney stones and shingles.
  10. LiTime has a pretty good reputation and they should be around for a while for warranty service, should you need it. You'll probably get a better price buying directly for them, and they always have sales around the marjor US holidays. Basically, LiTime LiFePO4 batteries will probably be your best choice for a balance of price, quality, features, and warranty. Or the other two options, 1) buy a no name cheap brand off Amazon and cross you fingers it works and you don't need the warranty. 2) Buy a "US" brand like Dakota or Ionic and pay 4x the price for a 10 year warranty which you'll have to potentially jump through hoops to get a service claim.
  11. $29.5 OTD seems pretty solid, assuming it has some warranty left on the engine and hull.
  12. I think you'd do well in the shallow tidal rivers up there, like Bush River, Otter Creek, Gunpowder. If you like to catch snakeheads, they're all up in there along the tall marsh grass. Last summer, I heard that spot were prevalent and people were live-lining them for citation LMB.
  13. I've read about these issues, but fortunately none of them when I had my Ultrex (2018 Model) from 2021-2024. I think the big key is where you store your boat too, I keep mine in my garage. The only issues I had were: Lost sonar from the built-in SI/DI and thought it was the crystals, but it wasn't and turned out to be a bad adapter cable to the ethernet box. Intermittent power from the momentary button, turned out that I just had to adjust the reed switch. No power to the prop at all, turned out that I burned out the brushes after 3 years of running it at full speed on an electric only lake. Easy fix to replace the armature.
  14. DSG has buy three get three on Z-man products.
  15. Glad to see the site back, but at the same time I actually saved about $200 in the time the website was down from not buying stuff from the latest sales thread.
  16. I have the first gen model of this rod. I use it for my heavier crankbaits, but I could definitely see it used for bladed jigs if you like that parabolic flex, but I prefer a faster action for bladed jigs. Definitely light for a glass rod and I have no problem chucking and winding it a lot. I don't think you'll be disappointed with it.
  17. NACHO $6.49 for Diesel near me. First time ever I've actually considered just bank fishing over towing my boat 50 miles to my most productive spot.
  18. What brand smart charger? Some brands like NoCo have a repair mode which you have to manually activate.
  19. Dang…$800 for a 100ah lifepo4? This is why I bought cheap $150 no brand name ones on Amazon. I have no confidence in the brand name warranties. I’ll just buy another cheapo lithium if needed.
  20. I lost 3% on my 100AH TM lithiums over the winter (late November through early March) per the bluetooth app. So I'd guesstimate 1% discharge per month.
  21. Depending on your graphing unit, let's say a Helix 10, it draws about 2.5 amps/hr, and you can manage that by turning down the screen brightness. Your alternator should be able to charge the battery pretty quickly. Like you said earlier, just keep that battery tender handy when your boat isn't in use.
