  1. Hello and welcome to the forum.
  2. Hope everyone stays safe and comes through this okay. It is supposed be in here Friday dumping a bunch of rain on us. I hope @Catt knows that he is not allowed to fish in the aquarium at BPS unless he is doing a fishing demo. He also has to cut the hooks off of his baits so he can't actually hook one.

  5. I hope you realize you are asking an awful lot out of people these days. 1. You tell them to show up for work on time. 2. You expect them to work after they get there. 3. Now you want them to actually know what is what in the business. Don't you think you are expecting too much these days?
  6. I would go with the SLX instead of the Crush. Like @dodgeguy said the SLX has the aluminum frame and the Crush is graphite.
  7. Hello and welcome to the forum.
  8. I had my boat in to the dealer for some repairs about two years ago. The told me I need a new fuel line and primer bulb between the gas tank and the motor. The problem with the gray hoses I had was that ethanol would damage them. The hoses the put on my boat was blue. If I can find a brand name on it I will let you know.
  9. Hello and welcome to the forum.
  10. I use a 5:1 reel for all my crank baits and spinner baits. The deepest cranks I use might go about 12' deep. I use the same setup for suspending jerk baits all with 12# mono line. I heard someone say to remember your fishing not racing.

  14. I have some of them and caught fish with them. The best color I have found is the bluegill pattern. I have caught fish on back to back casts with it. I think these baits have been discontinued since they used to be around $8 or $9 bucks a piece.
  15. I guess I have been doing it wrong. I always cut the hook between the line tie and the bend. Then reach up through the gills with needle nose pliers to pull the hook straight out.
  16. Hello and welcome to the forum.
  17. If I am fishing the regular Fluke I have used a 1/16 ounce sinker and thrown it on a spinning rod. It is too light for me to get any distance casting with a bait caster.
  18. I have caught more fish on flukes with a light bullet weight than I have weightless.
  19. The Kinks said it best. I'm so tired. Tired of waiting. Tired of waiting for you.
  20. I caught a 10 incher that thought he weighed 5 pounds.
  21. I have fished them slowly along the bottom and by making the jump up and glide back down. I fish the Zoom Ultra Vibe Speed Craw along the bottom most of the time. I have better luck with the Berkley Crazy Legs Chigger Craw by making it jump. Caught LMB and SMB on it doing that. Bought some of the Magnum Ultra Vibe Speed Craws but haven't gotten to try them yet.
  22. Hello and welcome to the forum.
  23. I will take a Rebel Pop R or a walking bait over a Devils Horse any day. I have two of them and they have never gotten a sniff from a fish. I have never done any good on any prop bait.
  24. My outboard was running rough and try to stall at high speeds recently. I replaced the plugs and the fuel filter. I have had it out once since then and it started and run like it was supposed to.
